I have been trying for a while now to get a refund on my order. The food was so nasty and poorly put together. My “large” chili cheese fries was basically a small and had a hair in it.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but unfortunately the service has been consistently disappointing. Even when placing a mobile order ahead of time, I end up waiting over 20 minutes. On top of that, my order is often incorrect. I understand places get busy, but this has happened repeatedly. I hope management can address these issues because it’s frustrating as a customer.

The food was hot I’ll give them that but their intercom isn’t working well, instead of fixing it they’d rather let the customers repeat themselves by yelling their orders into it and then proceed to make fun of us after we’ve ordered. I witnessed them doing this. Then after receiving my meal I open my burger up to this crusty old looking bun that looked like it was smashed to heck by one of these associates. Wish I could recommend this Sonic… but I can’t.

Ordered their food through DoorDash. And it got cancelled. So I called them to see why and they said because they’re cleaning their kitchen vents, that’s why they were closed… That’s unacceptable, they should be able to make food like anywhere else or at least have it to where they have notes in store for instances like that… only place I order from after 12 am because they’re open. And now I have to wait 5-7 business days for money to get back on my card… very lazy work on their part

Jeremy(Carhop) was a less than polite when i kindly asked to have my dry cold burger that i waited 15+ minutes redone. The guy made it seem like a wanted a free burger . Just wanted the delicious burger i usually get from this place. Sad that the quality has gone way down. Find somewhere else to spend your money this place sucks.

Waited 40 minutes for 3 ice creams at the curb side ordering, asked about my order and worker stated it was placed as a drive thru order and it would’ve been out shortly. Waited another 10 minutes and ended up leaving. 30+ minutes for ice cream is crazy.

Did a mobile order, came at listed time and carhop gave us watery milkshakes and melted slushies.. when asked if they can remake them she said thats how they come even tho the whipped cream was melted… and then they over load my burger with mayonnaise???

My sonic burrito was so skimpy, I get tired of paying top dollar for subpar amounts of food! The corn dog was good, the strawberry limeade was sheeiite, tasted old. The bacon beef stacker was old tasting. Get it together.

The place was very slow so the service was fast. I could have done with less eye rolls. The food must have been cooked from scratch because it took a while but tasted great!

Very slow service, only one person bringing out orders.
We did order ahead it was 1 kids hamburger meal (plain nothing on it) and a large drink.
Kids meal came with cheese on it when I didn’t even Select that nor was I charged for since it’s an extra cost and my kid is lactose intolerant anyways.
Large drink was hot and flat. Waited like 10 or 15 minutes for the one person bringing orders to come back out (it was busy long line and spots filled).
They remade the burger which was good but then he sprinkled a little bit of ice in my drink so now it was slightly cool but still flat. Why not just remake the drink right???
So annoyed and didn’t want to wait another 10-15 minutes so I just threw the drink in the trash.
