We came in with a large group of 10 and our server, Brook was absolutely amazing! She was constantly checking in to ensure every order was correct and kept our drinks topped off the whole time. She engaged in conversations and even cracked a few jokes. It’s so rare to get such attentive service with a big crowd, but she stayed on top of everything. Exceptional service!

Well we came in at dinner time, I guess that was our mistake. We have been pleased in the past when we came during breakfast hours. Tonight 11/24/25 7:10pm there were 2 other tables in the restaurant when we arrived, we ordered and then waited 40 min for our food. When it arrived my eggs were inedible. (See photo). I don’t like to send stuff back but I did since couldn’t eat them. The 2nd batch was only slightly better (see 2nd photo). My husband ordered his omelette cooked light and it was over cooked as well. It was disappointing to spend $35 on breakfast food and it not be better than this.

Our server, Destiny, was absolutely awesome! She really took great care of us and made the whole experience feel personal. The service was fast, everything was clean, and she was so sweet and attentive the entire time. We’ll definitely be asking for her from now on. Highly recommend!

I had a genuinely great experience at this IHOP, and a huge part of that was our waitress, Brook. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and professional without ever feeling rushed or robotic. She checked in at just the right times, made sure everything came out exactly as ordered, and handled the table with confidence and kindness. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and takes pride in her job, which is rare and really appreciated. The food was hot, fresh, and well-prepared, but Brook’s service is what truly stood out and made the visit memorable. If you’re coming to this location, I honestly hope you get her as your server—she’s the kind of employee that keeps people coming back

Chris did a fantastic job! I came in on a knee scooter, and was a bit apprehensive about dining in. However, Chris went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well-cared for. If he is not already, he should be a trainer for other servers. In addition, the food was actually delicious and still hot. Great job, IHOP!
