Went here to order a couple things on the app and went to the drive-thru. Went back to work to eat it. Wasn’t too impressed…the tomatoes on the sandwich were literally yellow with a hint of orange, no red tomatoes! Also ordered a medium curly fry and unfortunately received a small. First time at this Arby’s and it might be my last! I was too far away to drive back to have it corrected but I encourage anyone who orders in the drive-thru on app or speaker to check your food before you drive off!

I’m just going to post a picture of the sandwich I got. It’s newish at least some Philly cheesesteak thing maybe. I don’t remember what it was. But the picture on the menu was just a little different than the sandwich I got. Also slow, slow, slow.

Every time I order delivery they screw up my order. Literally every time. This last time I they didn’t include my extra cheese sauce, Arby’s sauce, ketchup or napkin. I’m so fed up with it I’ve decided to rate them 1 on everything.

The new location was busy during lunch time. I never saw they old location so busy, but I was usually there in evening. Since it’s new, appears clean and fresh. If it’s as little easier to get in and out than the prior location, but still awkward for northbound Wadsworth. I had difficulty parking because of the large truck and unloading and the busy lunch hour. Food was good Arby’s food with quick courteous service.
