Frank’s is that down home diner that you want. Friendly staff, good food and great prices! The eggs were cooked perfect and the chicken fried steak was very good. It’s a thin pounded steak with a crispy crust. The grits were bland but made well and easy to spice up

Islander waitress gets a thumbs down we moved from the bar to a table to get away from her. Im pretty sure she was soliciting … she was so close if I turned my head to far we could kiss… The food use to be superb i dont what’s going on… maybe changed the grease…. We will not be going back any time soon. My chicken tasted like fish fry no seasoning. The waffle was good and so was the tea. The waitress for the table was much better than the island girl. She was efficient professional kind and respectful. She alo kept appropriate distancing from my partner and I.

It had been years since I had eaten at Franks Grill only because I moved further North of where I used to live. But, the food especially Breakfast is as it always has been top notch. The place is compact but plenty of space to dine in at a table or the counter. The waitress came by fast to take our drink order then our meal order on her return. I ordered the Breakfast special eggs cooked my way, bacon, hash browns and two fluffy pancakes. My friends had French Toast and chicken n waffles. The food was Hot, Fresh and Delicious. I highly recommend it.

I’ve always loved Frank’s grills food when I used to live here. The only thing that I was kind of upset about was that this location specifically does not have the Cajun fries like the Westheimer location does. The service was okay I had to get three different waitresses before I could get a to-go box. It was a really busy time but with the food how good it is I can understand why it was a louder place it did have a warm welcoming diner feeling.

It’s a on all cylinders here. Very fast paced which you have to be. Great customer service which you need. Then to serve great food is a cherry on top. I highly suggest that if you want a good hearty breakfast leaving feeling better than you came this is your place. Highly recommend.

This place serves your standard diner fare. The food was pretty basic. Decent food, but nothing to complain about, and nothing to write home about either. I ordered the pork chop country breakfast. The pork chops were small, but seasoned and cooked well. My meal also came with hashbrowns, eggs, and biscuits, which were all a bit bland, but not bad with some salt and added condiments.
The atmosphere was that of an old diner. It felt a bit cramped, but not too bad. You could tell that furniture and decor had seen better days, but it was all adequate enough for a quick meal.
The highlight was service. The staff was super friendly, and our server was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. It seemed like our server was the only one on duty, and she handled the dining room with friendliness, efficiency, and grace.
I recommend this place for a basic meal in an older diner atmosphere. Prices were fair, and service was friendly.

It’s a casual dining experience that offers old school, country style cooking and cuisine. Me and some family members met there fir brunch and everyone enjoyed their meals. It was a little crowded but the service was prompt and friendly. The prices were very affordable and the portions were very generous!

A friend visiting from out of town is really into diners. During his stay, I chose the vegan option of hash browns and black coffee most days. Meanwhile, my friend explored the entire menu and had no complaints about anything. Even when the diner was busy, the service was fast and friendly; my coffee cup was never empty. It was the kind of diner experience you would expect, reminiscent of visits with your grandparents—done right.

Nice little restaurant with a real comfy feel. The place is slightly dated, but i think that adds to the vibe. Food is always delicious & fresh off the grill. I love places that utilize a flat grill to cook on. Something about being able to see your food as it’s prepared . Prices, in my opinion, match the amount of food served. They’re very giving with their hashbrowns, which are so good. Make sure you ask for extra crispy.
