Came in at 11:50pm, there were three cars in the drive-thru, two in the left lane and one in the right lane. So I get in the right lane behind that car all those orders were taken, so that’s three cars completed. I pull up to the speaker and was put on hold, no problem I’m a restaurant manager I understand being close to close and still maintaining operations. So I’m sitting in the right lane it’s only me in the drive-thru for about 3-5 minutes and then a car pulls up to the left lane. They had an online order. They were pulled right through. I’ve been sitting in the drive-thru line on the right lane as the only car for about 7-8 minutes my order was not taken, I asked If I needed to go to the other lane? Got no response. I backed up and pulled back in to reset the trigger, I was put on hold AGAIN. Literally a minute or two later two more cars, pulling in the left lane, both of their orders get taken and they pull on through at this point. Then after a few minutes I finally get taken and that’s 3 cars before me, and 3 cars that were supposed to be after me. I sat there so this entire time I sat in the drive-thru for about 17 to 18 minutes. my food was hot, thankfully, but it’s extremely disappointing to see such lack of attention from the staff. Especially for them saying they want to go home while hanging out the damn window laughing with the people in the car ahead of me. I don’t know if McDonald’s does secret shoppers but if I was, they would fail for order experience and cashier/expo handout because I did not feel welcomed. There Very little contact and a lot of attitude from the cashier at the first window, the young lady at the second window was all right. I always tell My employees that guests do not come to the restaurant wanting to give you anything less than a five star review. They walk in or come to the drive-through wanting to give you a five star rating and it’s our job to maintain that during their entire experience I was in a really great mood and I work in restaurants and I know how far reviews go (for some concepts) but this was terrible service.
Management — PLEASE do better on coaching your employees on proper procedures and guest experience!

It’s fine. It’s McDonald’s. The drive through can be painfully slow sometimes. Usually in the evening, and at night. But all in all its aight. I’ve never had a truly bad experience. The staff is usually friendly, and they usually get my orders correct, so that’s a definite plus. Though sometimes… Fairly often, really, the food is not as good as it should be. Left on warmers too long, no syrup in the soda, that kinda thing.

Update: Absolutely the worst staff here. Every single time we get food from here there’s a problem. Ordered curbside after a hot day of yard work. I really should have known better. Simple order: 10 nuggets, basket of fries, 2 sweet teas, 1 ice cream cone. It’s obvious which of these should be made last, but apparently not to everyone. By the time we got our food, the drinks were sweating badly, the food was cold, and the ice cream was melted so badly it was running down the cone all over the girls bare hand touching my food and then melted down my hand when she handed it to me. When we obviously returned the melted mess, we got attitude from the staff and the girl who brought our order, who claimed she’s ALWAYS just touched peoples food with her bare hands and no one has complained. GROSS! Use napkins or gloves. You handle money, touch cash registers, and public doors. There is absolutely ZERO reason you should be touching anyone’s food, period.
Original: This is one of, if not, the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Stopped tonight to get a treat and this is what we were served. Pouring crushed cookies on top of melted ice cream is not a McFlurry. It’s a MESS.
I wish I could say this is the first time something like this has happened but it’s far from it.
I ordered a tote of cookies one night and was left sitting outside for one and a half hours. I had to demand my money back because a refund was never even mentioned. The manager only gave my some of my money back.
On another occasion, some friends and I ordered a tote of cookies and after waiting over half an hour, we were served a CRUSHED box of smushed cookies. The cookies were just a giant gloopy mess like they had been poured in there straight out of the oven. Manager refused to give our money back and we had to argue for the refund.
On several occasions ordering here, we have encountered high employees. Noticeably high: red eyes, spacey behavior, slow responses or even no responses, laughing at absolutely nothing. Honestly it’s embarrassing for this company.

The wait time for food or deliveries and online orders at the restaurant is CRAZY when night shift manager come in. They don’t speak or even acknowledge your there. The employees are great! I had a couple deliveries the other night and different management was there and the order was up in less than 5 minutes wait was awesome! And she apologized for my wait when she handed my order to me, I reassured her I was happy with the wait time! Know better, do better!!

The rudest customer service at the drive thru that I’ve ever experienced. The attitude can be dropped a few levels. Of course the order was wrong. To spend that much money on awful customer service and marginal food is not acceptable. Apparently this place needs a house cleaning from top to bottom.

I get it’s cheap fast food and it’s McDonald’s so standards shouldn’t be set high, but the workers here are absolutely miserable. It’s a shame that you can pay for something and when you go to get what you paid for because they can’t read a screen you get ignored and looked at like you’re stupid.

McDonald’s in Meridianville on two thirty-one is a total shambles. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, extra pickles, no onions—ended up with a plain burger drowning in onions, no pickles, and fries that were stone cold. My kid’s Happy Meal swapped nuggets for a cheeseburger, apple slices soggy as hell. Management is invisible, employees act like they’ve never seen a menu, stumbling over orders with blank stares. Place stinks of burnt grease, service drags, and it feels like they’re phoning it in. Steer clear unless you enjoy chaos.
