It took so long I had time to leave this review and play monopoly Go, but this McDonald’s location seriously needs better morning management. The service is extremely slow even when there are no customers. The workers are always just standing or sitting around like they don’t care, and I waited in a mobile pickup spot for almost 15 minutes with no one in the drive-thru and no one at the window. There’s no sense of urgency, no communication, and no effort to provide basic customer service. This is the most consistently disappointing McDonald’s in the area.

Ordered 2 double hamburgers with bacon, lettuce, tomato added.
Got home. Had 2 single hamburgers, a pinch of shredded lettuce, no tomato and measley bacon.
I have never had this at any other McDonald’s when I place this exact order.

Came through at noon and order two McDoubles no pickle extra onion both McDoubles had no onion and no pickle and the Buns were very dry and old. You guys can’t even serve fresh food during rush hour

although the food was fresh. The drive thru service was very slow. after I paid for my food I was told to pull over took forever. I felt ignored. No Mgr communication at all only the person at the drive came to me in the diner. I came wanting to know why it’s taking so long. Bad enough I sat at the drive through waiting to order no one said nothing so I drove around again through another drive through where there’s service. Wow! Not cool not professional at all.

went at 7:55 on a friday. all i ordered was a water. when i pulled up to the window they tried to charge me for a coffee. i said i only got a water. the lady at the speaker didn’t tell me a price or pull it up on the screen so i assumed the water was either free or abt 25 cents. when i told them i just got the water the man said it was 27 cents so i handed him 2 pennie’s. he shook his head and said no. then a bigger lady stepped around the corner and said “i need 2 more quarters” i said why i just payed him. she goes it’s 75 cents for a water. so i was trying to find more quarters while this lady was huffy and puffy about me taking a second. i just said to keep the water and then they didn’t give me my change back. so i don’t get a water and i lost 52 cents…. this lady is rude every time and is inappropriate with her name calling. ik it’s just a couple of cents but be so fr. tell people when their ordering their total so they can be ready. bbb here i come. photo is the water i didnt get

If I could rate this location 0 stars, I would. I placed an online order about an hour before they were set to close and when I got there, they were closing early…about 45 minutes with cars still outside. Tried going to the window to see if they could help, saw the manager see me and then walk away. So I waited about 10 more minutes assuming she was going to come back, but she did not. So I had to cancel my order about 35 minutes before they were supposed to “close” and drive another 15 minutes to another location. This location has a sad excuse for management.
