My husband and I were staying in Somerset, for a family wedding. The night before we went to Ruby Tuesday’s for dinner. We loved the restaurant chain in Michigan, but there are not anymore by us. We arrived around 7pm on a Friday. We were seated within 5 minutes. Our waitress, Abby, greeted us within 5 minutes after sitting and took our drink order. Food and drinks were very good. From the time we arrived to leaving was about an hour. Prices are very reasonable. I had a Ruby relaxer and my husband an angry orchard. Husband had 6 oz Rib Eye, cooked the way he asked and it came with a baked potato. I had the steak Kobob with vegetables on rice pilaf. Very tasty! We highly recommend this Ruby Tuesday’s, if you are around. The only reason I gave the 4 stars on atmosphere, was the lighting. We are in our 60’s and had a hard time seeing the menu.

Great service and decent atmosphere. But the food was horrible. I now know why I’ve never gone to Ruby Tuesdays, or will be returning. The dip was so greasy. The tortillas were chewy. The steak was way over cooked. I ordered medium rare and got medium well. The scallops were way overcooked it felt like eating rubber pucks. The chicken plate was decent, but it’s hard to mess up chicken and mashed potatoes.

Trista was the absolute best! My girlfriend and I drove over an hour because she was craving it and I had never had it and she made it the best experience. She was the absolute sweetest and had the best recommends for us! 10/10 will be back because of her!

Trista was an exceptional server! The food was delicious, the portions were severely under what they should have been. I’m in no way a big back, but $13.49 for 5 small boneless wings is insane. The cheese steak was giving ozempic too but it is what it is.

I came here for just a quick bite and I was so surprised by the level of kindness I’ve received from my waitress was just astounding. She was working so hard going from table to table and making sure everyone was great. Really so surprised at the job Teegan did!! 5 stars.

We love eating at Ruby Tuesdays. Secials, prices and their good food and salad bar draw us there very often. And we love Trista as our waitress. She is very kind and attentive and so pleasant. It’s always a better experience when she is working !!!

I haven’t been to a Ruby Tuesday in years. This location is great! I was in town for business. Trista was our server and she’s outstanding. Very attentive and friendly. I’m sure if you asked her she’d say she’s just doing her job. Great service is not common. If you’re ever in the area stop by. 10/10 recommend. Thank You again, Trista!

Food issues were handled professionally by the manager. Trista, our waitress was wonderful we will be back and requesting her. She did an amazing job. She refilled our drinks quickly and promptly. She was checking back often. She was waiting on if I counted correctly 6-7 other tables at the same time. I was very impressed. Her service was exceptional. The manager was helpful and spoke to us. I saw him around with other tables bringing out the food active and involved. Thank you. We will be back.
