This place is the best! The food is always fantastic. The Mongolian Beef is out of this world- nobody can compete with it. The whole family enjoys it, never disappoints!

Sweet sour chicken was dry, crust burnt somewhat, chicken fried rice not even close to what it used to be, egg rolls had hardly any cabbage and pretty much mushy. Called and was told they are busy helping customers or are closed. I went there and ordered and had to wait an hour which I gladly did as I love their food. Will not be back.

When I heard they’re-opened I was immediately elated to go back there. They were the best Chinese takeout in the area as far as I was concerned. “We’re” being the key word now. The service is the same as far as i remember but the food… I don’t know what happened. I was excited to get my favorite Kung pao shrimp once again. I only ate about 1/3 of my meal. They used to have the ️ whole and for flavor but easily removed since they’re nearly inedible. Now though, they cut it into a crap load of small pieces that are like chewing on plastic and the egg rolls resemble more of a purée wrapped in a shell. I may go again at some point in hopes they realize where they’re failing and fix it but until then, I’ll just have to remember what they used to be. Quit being cheap and go back to what you had before

Just grabbed some chicken, pork, and rice (several varieties) and it was all amazing. The woman I spoke with on the phone at the restaurant was really nice and the kids and I were excited to get so much chicken. My wife said the Mongolian beef was her favorite.

I was extremely excited to order food from here knowing they reopened after closing some time ago. I considered this place one of the best, next to Oriental Gardens in Princeton. However, after ordering today, I consider them of the least. I ordered the Generals chicken and there was absolutely no dried red peppers in it, hardly any sauce on it, the chicken was mushy, there was only 2 pieces of broccoli that were under cooked, and the rice was flavorless. Plus, I ordered a side of crab rangoon that was flavorless and mushy too. I don’t know if it was just a busy day with them or whatever, but I’m afraid to order again and get the same flavorless crap. I hope they figure it out and get back to how they used to be, or else I’ll continue to go the distance and get Oriental Gardens in Princeton.

HUGE PROPORTIONS. I would reccomend the teriyaki chicken skewers. Absolutely amazing and amazingly cooked, beautiful color and just a 10/10 overall. Huge proportions, like massive. Food is a good price, and the people working are sweethearts. I absolutely love this place and I am so happy that they reopened.

I had high hopes for this place since they reopened but was sorely disappointed. I ordered potstickers, beef lo mein, and general tso’s chicken. The breading on the chicken tasted like bad fry oil and the texture was very soggy; the chicken itself was very mealy. The broccoli that came along with it was not fully cooked. The fried rice on the side was soggy and flavorless. The beef lo mein wasn’t even proper lo mein noodles, they were just spaghetti noodles. Again, flavorless. Also the potstickers were not potstickers they were just deep fried dumplings and it tasted like they haven’t changed their oil in a while. The worst part is we waited an hour for an extremely disappointing meal. We ended up throwing the food away, sucks I spent my hard earned money on horrible food.

It is always sketchy to visit these carry out Chinese places in small towns but I was pleasantly surprised on the food quality. Yes there is MSG, but the flavors are just right. So I agree with the other reviews, hands down the best within this 100 mile radius.
Update: it is a funny thing, I just realized that before my review and photos went up, there are a couple of crappy reviews with half eaten food pictures, since then, my photos have been viewed 168k times. For this small town take out, it must be some kind of record. But it’s is to bad that all of a sudden they decided not to open for lunch anymore. Maybe their business spikes so much that they no longer needed the income. Well, best of luck guys. It is a place I will cross off during my lunch hunt in the area now.

I had a very disappointing experience at Oriental Kitchen. When my family and I arrived, we were looking at the menu and ready to order. An employee came up and told us they were not going to help us because they were “too lazy” and “didn’t have time.” We walked out feeling shocked and disrespected, especially since they immediately took orders from other customers who came in after us.
This made us feel singled out and unwelcome. As Hispanic customers, it truly felt like we were treated differently because of how we look. No one should ever feel discriminated against when simply trying to enjoy a meal.
I sincerely hope the management of Oriental Kitchen takes this matter seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and fairness moving forward.

So happy they re-opened, ordered Pepper Steak, sweet and sour chicken, chicken lo mein, pork fried rice, egg drop soup and egg rolls. Everything was just as I remember, delicious.
