I eat Bojangles occasionally. Stopped here while traveling & was thoroughly pleased with customer service. The young lady with hazel eyes held door for me. The sweet lady, Keta, took my order. Dawn was exceptionally nice, moved like she had 8 arms from dining room to kitchen & made my food with love!! It’s Bo time!!♥️

Gregory at Bojangles deserves the highest praise possible. This was, hands down, the best interaction I have ever had at any fast food restaurant — and that’s saying a lot. Gregory was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell he truly cares about his job and the people he serves.
He went above and beyond in every way, made the experience feel personal instead of rushed, and honestly turned a simple stop for food into a great part of our day. Employees like Gregory are rare, and he represents Bojangles exceptionally well.
He absolutely deserves a raise and recognition for his outstanding customer service. If every place had a Gregory, the world would be a better (and friendlier) place. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

I didn’t get to eat the food. I went in there and asked, “Are you still serving breakfast?” The young lady in the front said, “Yeah,” very dryly, and then just sat there putting some trays together where the food goes. Then she just walked off. Nobody ever came back or said, “Hey, do you need any help?” or “Someone will be with you shortly.” Nothing.

Food was ok. We had to wait a bit because it was early but when we walked in, there was no one at the counter. It took about 5 minutes for anyone to realize we were waiting to order. The chicken biscuits were lukewarm but everything else was hot and fresh. The sweet tea needed a bit more sugar but it was fine overall. Was only passing through so probably won’t be back again.

Our experience is simple. We schedule an order and purchase breakfast for our business every Thursday, a large order of $100+ each week. For months, there were zero issues, but now… For 3 weeks in a row, when we arrive, the store employees have no idea we ordered. According to them, the machine didn’t print anything. Okay, that’s not our problem. We show them the receipt, the CC charge, and the app showing the order as “complete.” They reluctantly produce our order while complaining and fussing audibly. It’s normally a 30-minute additional wait each time this happens. We are moving away from purchasing these orders from this store. It’s not our job to fix your machine. My guess is that the automated system that triggers the order to come through from the app at the store is broken. Three weeks in a row, the same thing has happened, and we’ve been the ones delayed. We’ve been “educated” that we’re the ones in the wrong, even though we show them black-and-white proof that the order is there, the address is correct, and for months, we have placed orders from this store via the Bojangles app with 0 issues, and all the details match. Please fix your machine so other customers don’t have to go through the same thing! We are another local business. Please reach out if you’d like. The gentleman working the counter knows me by name and is very friendly, but over the past 3 weeks, this has left us with a very bad taste, and we will not continue sending in orders and dealing with this circus of a process every Thursday.

Food was typical for Bojangles. No complaints about the food but the wait time to order was excessive despite the short line in the dining room. Cashier was apologetic for the wait but it was still an unacceptable service level. I didn’t start timing until we realized how long we had been in a short line. From that point, it took 12 more minutes to place our order with only three people ahead of us. Our order was ready in under a minute, which fit with our expectations. As a side note, two customers who came in after us left due to the excessive wait.

The young man behind the counter thus evening (11/19/25) was extremely pleasant. He went out of his way to be accommodating. He was very engaging, and he made an excellent first impression. (The food was good, too.)

It is BEYOND frustrating when you get to the window and it is nothing like what you ordered!

Then when we got to the window – the attendant was very rude – I guess because we had to repeat the order to them several times….
They had to fix it. What’s the point of the automated when PEOPLE have to cancel everything and start again.

This was the best food that we have had from Bojangles in a very long time. I love their Boberry biscuits, and I always ask for extra icing but I never really get it, but this time they gave me extra icing and everything was fresh and delicious at this location. The staff was extremely kind to my mom & I. We really enjoyed our breakfast experience.

Honestly one of the worst Bojangles experiences I’ve had. From the window, I saw the salt and pepper haired man, with one glove, assemble my sandwich with both hands. He then proceeded to bring me my food, half of which was cold/old, and I wish I was lying when I say it all tasted off. While I waited for my card, I got to casually read the harsh, all-caps managers’ note beside the chicken station (also in full view of the window). And finally, the staff member handed back my card…. with his gloved hand.
After all that happened, I was just thinking, “well at least I can leave a little review for this location on the website or something,” via the code you get on the receipt, but I never got my receipt. And neither did the previous 12 or so customers whose receipts he pulled off the machine in a string and threw in the trash right before I pulled off.
So here I am! I’m obviously not expecting the world from a fast food restaurant, but I honestly expected better.
