It was freezing in there, to start. Sat down and ordered food and drinks. You had to physically get a waitresses attention for a refill. Food took 45 minutes to get to our table and some of it was ice cold. Seasoned Fries were cold and stuck together. Half order of Biscuits and “Sausage” gravy were ridiculous. Three pieces of sausage in the entirety. Ice cold. Mac N Cheese skillet was overpriced for the portion.

Food was excellent. We had the new apple pancakes and they were absolutely delicious! Our server, Adela, was very attentive and gave us great service. The coffee isn’t as good as it used to be. It tastes burnt. Not sure if they need a new coffee maker. So now we prefer not to get the coffee. We miss the good coffee!

Morgan is truly an excellent worker with a fantastic attitude. She possesses an incredibly strong work ethic—she was attentive, efficient, and seemed to handle every table with grace and precision. Our drinks were always full, our orders were perfectly correct, and she managed to anticipate our needs without hovering.
Beyond her professional skill, Morgan is just so wonderfully sweet and kind. She greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel welcome and valued throughout our entire meal. Her friendly demeanor and positive energy really elevated the dining experience.

Yesterday I went to Dennys and have the most amazing breakfast of my life. They have top tier biscuits for their top tier gravy it is so unbelievably good. Their bacon is also quite good nice and rich with taste. I went with my whole family and they said it’s been awhile since they had breakfast that good!! I can’t way to take my friends another day!!

Food and service was great! The girl serving me was really nice. The one thing I thought was distasteful was the gangster rap blasting in the cooking area. I usually bring my daughter in with me and she shouldn’t hear profanity coming from the cooking area, nor should anyone for that matter. Simply put some headphones on if you’re going to play gangster rap, or play something positive with less cursing and violence. Thanks!

Everything was perfect! Cami was our server and was an absolute blessing ro us. Pur family was having a rough day but Cami’s sweet smile and patience turned it around. Days later, my daughter is still talking about Miss Cami ( her bestest friend). The food was excellent. I’m so glad we chose Dennys that day

I’ve eaten here many times and have always had pretty good service no matter who was working, which is commendable in Battle Creek. I would like to give a shout out to Cameron today for her exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond for a family that just wanted to enjoy their breakfast. Her desire to make sure the family and especially the young child know that there is still good people out there, is heartwarming. Danny’s of Battle creek should be proud to have such a good human working for them. Spread that light young lady maybe one the rest will follow ❤️

The service was excellent I was approached by a waitress as soon as I walked in and escorted to a table got my drink right away along with my appetiser. The waitress was very friendly and helpful and my meal was prepared the right way. I was thankful and gave a tip.

But the management of this place is genuinely awful. They can’t staff for shit and the waitresses are always swamped. It’s embarrassing.
Also you can tell that no money is put into the upkeep of this place.
