Sat in line at this location for over 15 minutes while on my lunch break from work while the employee at the window carried on a conversation at the window. After finally honking my horn and get to the window, I was greeted with an attitude. After getting my food and leaving, the sweet tea I had ordered was unsweet with no ice and The sandwich I had ordered had hair on it. Pure disgusting and sorry customer service.

I waited close to 10 minutes at the walk-up window. No acknowledged me. I even asked if they were serving there or I needed to do the drive through. No response, no attention. Last time I went service and food weren’t that good either.

Service is getting horrible. The past few times I’ve been to the Cook Out in Lumberton. I usually sit at the ordering speaker a minute or longer before they even acknowledge you’re there. I waited 15 minutes AFTER I ORDERED to get my food a few nights ago. Tonight the inside Lane serviced 3 vehicles while I waited 9 minutes for a burger and fries. Then the fries tasted like they had been cooked, got cold then dropped back in the greàse. Poor management, sorry service and the quality of food is sad compared to what this place was when they first opened.

Order 2 Burger Trays and paid $17 and change.
What has happened to your great service and decent prices you once boasted about (which was true at one time). But not any more.
Beverage were supposed to be included with a TRAY Entree, 2 sides and beverage around $4 to $5. I was charged $2.19 for each Beverages. I could have gotten a Buffet at Golden Corral for these prices. Take a look at the burger I got with the bacon BURNT. For the price I paid I at least should be able to expect food prepared correctly.
Very disappointed NOT even one star, but if you don’t mark the one then people just think you didn’t rate them.

It’s my first time here. Paid almost 6 bucks for a bbq burguer. The meat was burned out. The overall presentation of the burguer was overall disappointing. For the price, really kinda makes you mad. Service was quick which was good, but it was still bad by the couple people who took my order and took my payment. A lot to work on and customer service is for sure one of those things… but yeah, the burguer too small. Wouldn’t waste my time here anymore.

It was ok. Good taste but my combo was a tiny burger. Double meat and cheese. I asked for onion rings and the second side was a corn dog. Burger and the corndog tasted great. But the onion rings were disappointing, and I only got 5 rings for a side. The line was long at the window but the guy taking orders was nice enough. The drive though on the other hand was terrible. Cars wrapped around the building and every bit of a 30 min wait. Was worth going though. I will return.
