Went through the drive through, not sure if they couldnt hear or what a lot of confusion just trying to order a diet pepsi. “We dont have that we only have diet pepsi” Im like okay diet pepsi. Then go pay and she gives me the sodas and says have a nice day. I say um my food? She says oh! Yeah I have it here. Okay….we get the food home. I orsered fries and got potato rounds. I ordered bo sauce and got what I think is ranch but it didnt taste right almost like it had turned. My friend ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and mac and cheese. The mashed had country gravy where on the menu it was brown gravy and they gave her green beans not mac and cheese. Just was a terrible experience. The potato rounds and chicken were also super greasy. Visiting from out of town and had to give it a try and it was not a good first experience. Definitely not gonna be back.

Mannn this the best Bojangles I’ve ever been to!! The customer service was on point even with it being busy for lunch. The blk guy manager with the locs was very welcoming and you can tell he don’t play about his restaurant and the quality of the food! Everything was fresh and even got an extra tender or 2 in my box THANGGYAAA! 10/10 will come back to this location when im in the area!!

Food is alright. They close pretty early which is a negative. I usually get my dinner here before I get home, but I guess I wasn’t important enough tonight since I am not trying to hook up with one of their employees. Driving up and getting told through the back door saying: “Where closed”. It’s 10pm, either your worker is mad because he’s not getting this…. Or your business model is trash. No clue. WINGSTOP IT IS, because your little boy don’t want to serve laying customers.

Worst customer service only.
The cashier at the drive “Jossandra” she says she is the manager. When I asked for her name she said it’s right here and pointed to her hat.
We order a combo meal, and when we got to the drive through and paid we asked oh can we upgrade it how much will it be. She said like $1 something we have no problem paying. Well comes to find out she only upgraded the drink. So we asked does that upgrade the whole combo or just the drink and she said just the drink. So you are telling me to upgrade the fries and drink I have to pay $1.25 each she said idk I don’t have it entered you will have to go back through the drive thru and order again because you are running up my drive thru time I said what does that mean she said exactly what I said. She kept rushing us. Worst customer service and attitude and she is the manager is ridiculous. Defiently don’t recommend this place.

Extremely disappointed with the service at the drive-thru today. I simply asked to clarify a price difference I saw on a sign for the biscuits, and the staff became immediately impatient. Despite having ordered two combos as well, I was told to leave the window and get back in the line because they ‘didn’t hear’ the rest of the order. Being treated with such rudeness for a simple question is unacceptable.

The chicken and the fries were good. Not bad but nothing special. However, the biscuits are likely the best biscuits I have ever had! Unfortunately, my biggest complaint is with the service. The wait was forever long. When we finally got our food, we were shorted on everything. They didn’t fill our fries up all the way and they only gave us 2 fries when we ordered 3. Also, we only received 10 chicken strips and we order 12. Also, we only received 4 biscuits when we order 6. Then, they never gave us our 1/2 gallon of sweet tea. Overall, the food was good (which is why I gave it 4 stars); however, the service was terrible.

I visited recently and was unimpressed. The biscuit was okay but the fries were old. Multiple tables were not clean. But the worst was the customer service, which was severely lacking. No greeting was given. The person that came to the register just stared at me (no, “May I help you?”). If you’re looking for a quick, fast food meal, I suggest choosing one of the other restaurants in the area.

The customer service was beautiful honestly they were kind and full of energy. They messed up by giving me fries but fixed it right away with no hesitation no problem. This is definitely my favorite bojangles to go too. They are always full of smiles no matter what time of day it is.
