First time eating here in years. I just needed something to hold me over until dinner. I ordered a McDouble Meal which comes with a sandwich, small drink, fries and a 4pc nugget. Everything was fulfilled accurately and my food was hot and tasty. I ordered a sweet tea to drink. It was delicious, too. Best part, all that for just $5. Great Value for a nice quick meal on the go. Thank you.

The woman with the Caribbean accent that was the manager yelled and cursed me out because I asked for fresh food. I was served old cold breakfast and simply asked for fresh food. I’m not even understanding why she is a manager nor at work talking to anyone in that manner. I asked for a refund for the entire meal due to at that point i don’t even want the food. She refused to give me her name and refused to give me a receipt showing a refund back to my card. I will also be calling corporate. As I have I have no idea why she was yelling at me and talking to me in that tone of voice. I am disturbed about how I was treated. I will never in my life eat McDonald’s again!

The service was terrible, male on drive thru between 2am to 3am was mad at life. He didn’t ask me if I was a reward member, I am. He was unpleasant and rude and probably needs to work when the sun is out.
The food was disgusting, reheated fries, dark n hard, filet o’ fish was dark and greasy. Definitely don’t go here if you hungry.
They upset, serving reheated food with no sense of urgency.
Will not be returning, I’ll drive out the way first.

I just left out of the location. I came in to see if McDonald’s had any new drinks. There was a Mexican lady at the counter. I asked her if you guys had any new drinks. She walked off and didn’t even acknowledge my questions so I walked out and left. there is a standard to customer service that is expected for me to have experience that is not acceptable. And I will be finding the companies website as well to follow up with a personal complaint

I was pick up order 854 on 12/10 I came in and ordered a snack wrap meal and 2 cheeseburgers(for full disclose i order 2 cheeseburgers no ketchup no onion shredded lettuce light mayo) I got to my table and realized there was now cheese on my burgers. I went back to the counter and spoke with Dominique she looked and me kinda funny and proceeded to look into the food with out any gloves then takes it back to one of the employees and whispers just put cheese on these ge then went to the back put COLD CHEESE on my burger and hand them back to me. First she opens and looks at them with no gloves then I get the same burgers and cokf cheese. I mean I don’t expect excellence for McDonalds but you can do better then that.

Ordered sandwich meal on the mobile app and got pork on my sandwich… highly against my religion to eat and I did not order this. I Did not receive my money back either, and doubt I will. also for anyone who only went for monopoly they ran out of monopoly pieces too to add on and i went out of my way to get a large drink and fry just for them to say they don’t have any… not what my app said when I ordered it. Line was long, but it’s sunday. It’s to be expected ♀️. Ordered a medium caramel frappe with extra caramel and barley got any caramel. I asked for more, but she told me that was extra. I guess this location doesn’t use caramel at all in their caramel frappes. Smh. It was s simple fix. I already paid for the extra but wasn’t given it. I feel robbed.

Guaranteed to mess up your order because no one speaks English and the morning manager will get an attitude when you tell her that her crew messed up another order due to the language barrier. The drive thru only works well in the afternoon when the white boy is there. At least he understands English.
