Called and made a reservation for 8 people, still had to wait 20 mins upon arrival. That was the only slightly annoying thing about the trip, other than not having a GF menu. Food was fantastic! Rudy the waiter was equally professional, keeping the drinks flowing!

The food itself was good, but our experience with the service left a bad taste. Our server, Angelica, up-charged us multiple times and got very defensive when we asked for clarification. She lied about a mac & cheese side upgrade (said it was 1.99 and went to charge us 3.50), and the way the check was folded felt like it was meant to hide the extra charges.
We asked for shrimp as a side with our steak (the 4 count option at the bottom of the steak page from the menu), and instead of clarifying, she brought out an entire shrimp meal from the next page and charged us for it, which ended up being double the price. Why would a server do that when we clearly ordered steak with a shrimp side and pointed at it on the menu? When we asked for an explanation, she fumbled through her responses and it came across as dishonest. The check came out to be an extra 10 dollars in upcharges which makes me think it was done to get a higher tip…
Good food doesn’t make up for shady service. We left feeling taken advantage of and it left a very bad impression on this location. If you plan to go make sure you scan through the check at the end.

The food was exceptional, especially the shrimp appetizer and the pork ribs — both were delicious and well prepared.
However, we were there to celebrate my dad’s birthday and had asked in advance if the staff could sing Happy Birthday.
Unfortunately, that request was never fulfilled. I left a generous tip and had to leave before my parents finished their meal, so it was disappointing that the celebration never happened.
Overall, the food was excellent, but the missed birthday request took away from what was meant to be a special family moment.

Stopped in for dinner with my Auntie. Ordered a steak with a loaded baked potato, which also came with a salad. My steak was cooked perfectly. Everything was delicious! The service was great. Love the atmosphere, busy but not noisy. Had a great time, I will definitely be back!

Got the Flo’s filet and with its hefty price I expected quality meat;however, I was highly disappointed with the immense seasoning in which the taste of steak was truly lost. The broccoli was equally overseasoned!

Went to celebrate a family friends birthday dinner (party of 12) and we had two servers- one was an angel and the other had an attitude problem. She stood behind me as she addressed my half of the table and said she would be taking this side’s order as the other server handled the opposite side. I was the only one ready to order in my party so I began to tell her my order. She cut me off with a sigh and an attitude and re stated she was only taking that side of the table- the people next to me. Which is fine, I couldn’t see who she was referring to as I didn’t have my glasses on and she was behind me, but then she mumbles something under her breath and proceeded to smile in the face of the guest next to me and take the rest of the orders. When the food came out, she proceeds to check on the other 3 corners of the table leaving out me and the guests whose order she actually took. The other server for our party checked in with her side (which would technically include me as well since she took my order) but our side was left unattended. On my way to the bathroom, I asked another server for the manager as he was standing by her on my way over but had walked away before I got there. She said she would send him over. I went back to my table waited but no one came. We finally got the bill and the rest of the party was tired of waiting so they paid and left. We stayed and flagged down a second manager and expressed our concerns. After which we sat at the table waiting for another 20 minutes for a solution. The solution being “if you had asked for a manager before you paid we would be able to solve this. But because you didn’t, we can’t do anything. Hopefully your next time here will be better.” I explained again that I tried to get the other manager but he never came over. During that 20 mins of waiting, we overheard someone had gotten sick from the food at the table next to us. We also ordered two Shirley temples (one per person) but they didn’t have cherries which we didn’t notice, but our drink runner did, as she proceeded to bring out two more Shirley temples in addition to our fresh first round, which we didn’t not request nor did I drink because by the time I was almost done with my first one, all the ice had melted and it had watered down the second drink. Our bread service also had a finger indent hole and what I’m assuming was bread crumbs on the top stacked plate of our appetizer plates. As a hospitality worker myself I am genuinely shocked by this experience and neither my party nor the party next to ours will be returning.

This unfortunately was not my favorite place to eat. Our server was absolutely wonderful. I believe his name was Manny? I was so disappointed because there were really not many alternatives for someone who didn’t want to eat steak. I had the salmon and it didn’t taste bad but it was on the dry side. I would have loved to have had another option for the way it was prepared besides it being glazed. Otherwise the service was great and that my family had a good time.

Decent spot for a steak & drinks. The food was solid and had good value — nothing mind-blowing, but certainly satisfying. The ambiance is comfortable and pleasant. Service was okay, though not exceptional. If you want a reliable dinner out without any fuss or high expectations, this place fits the bill.
