In-N-Out Burger

  4.5 – 2,508 reviews   • Hamburger restaurant

From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Classic burger chain serving customizable burgers, hand-cut fries & shakes.

Here’s a long, high-quality Google review you can post for In-N-Out Burger that sounds genuine, detailed, and “Local Guide–style” (these tend to earn more engagement and points than short generic ones):

I’ve been to a lot of burger places across different states and countries, and In-N-Out still manages to stand out every time. This location especially does a great job representing what the brand is known for: simple menu, fresh ingredients, and consistently good service.

The burgers taste fresh, not greasy, and you can actually taste the quality of the beef and produce. The lettuce is crisp, tomatoes are fresh, and the buns are always soft and warm. I appreciate that you can customize your order easily (animal style, extra toast, grilled onions, etc.) and they get it right. The fries are clearly made from real potatoes — you can even see them being cut — which is rare for fast food nowadays.

Service here has been friendly and efficient on multiple visits. Even when the line is long (which is often a good sign), it moves quickly and the staff stays polite and organized. The place is usually clean inside, and the dining area is well maintained.

Value for money is another big plus. With prices going up everywhere, it’s nice to find a place where you can still get a quality meal at a reasonable cost. The portions are satisfying without feeling excessive.

What keeps me coming back is the consistency. Whether it’s busy or slow, the food tastes the same and the experience is reliable. If you want a straightforward, high-quality burger and fries without gimmicks, this is hard to beat.

Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re craving a classic burger done right.

You honestly can’t beat In-N-Out. Every time I come here, the food is fresh, hot, and exactly the same quality no matter which location I stop at. The burgers are simple but done right, the fries are always fresh, and the staff is consistently friendly and efficient.

I also appreciate that they keep the menu straightforward and focus on doing a few things really well. It’s one of the few fast-food places where you actually feel good about what you’re eating—and you don’t leave feeling ripped off.

Reliable, affordable, and always hits the spot. In-N-Out never disappoints.

I truly do not understand the hype of this chain but the burger are good. Fries could be better. Choices of drinks are good (coke products). The neapolitan shake is the best. I heard of the secret menu but had one. I wish that the would post it in the store for options.

This location deserves a 5 star review. Let me start off my saying that the friendliness from the staff is super genuine and really made my experience enjoyable and this is the reason I am writing this review. The food is amazing and can’t go wrong with anything you order. If you want to try something different, ask for animal-style on your burger or your fries, their animal-style sauce makes it super tasty. I am also a fan of adding grilled onions to my cheeseburger. The restaurant is always clean, which makes it a comfortable dining experience.

I love this In N Out (Vallejo). It’s always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. They are attentive to the trash and restrooms and drink stand. It does get crowded and that can make it pretty loud at times.

My only complaint is when we get food to go and they put the napkins in, they put them on the hamburgers. It makes the napkins unusable. Just wasted. Every. Single. Time.

If you’re hungry—truly hungry—like stomach-eating-itself, vision-blurring, about-to-start-gnawing-on-your-own-arm hungry… do not come here. I repeat: DO. NOT. COME. HERE.

We pulled into the drive-thru already borderline feral from hunger, thinking, “Hey, how long could it be?” Well, cut to 30 minutes later and I’m down to just skin and bones. I’m about two seconds from trying to deep-fry the dashboard. My mom turns to me and says, “How are you holding up?” I look at her with hollow eyes and whisper, “I’m tired. I’m hungry. I’m STARVING. I’m about to eat this steering wheel like it’s a Double-Double.”

By the time we got to the window, I had aged 10 years, lost all hope, and developed a spiritual connection with the ghost of fast food past. I could see my reflection in the ketchup packets.

The food? Probably great. I wouldn’t know. I blacked out halfway through my first fry.

Bottom line: If you’re already hungry, go somewhere else or bring a snack for the line. This place should come with a survival kit.

Update: got my Well done fries and they are hard as a rock. I can’t win haha

Thank you. My wife picked up two burgers on the way home. Both were great. My single cheese burger was perfect, lettuce tomato and onion were as if they were fresh cut and placed on top of my sandwich. Amazing!

Consistently fresh, quality burgers and always friendly, quick service. Clean restaurant inside with 3-4 outdoor seats in a smaller patio area outside. Drive-thru line can be a little tough with short driveway entrance into grocery parking lot. Love this Vallejo location!
