Usually pretty good location but not last night. We got a 20 piece mcnugget and fries to split. Both nuggets and fries were barely warm and the nuggets had a strange taste. Only 1 napkin in the bag also. It’ll be along time before I stop here again!

Came through for breakfast this morning on my way out to work. The person in front of me was given my food items and drink and had them for a couple of minutes and then realized it was not their food. They then handed the food back to the person at the drive thru window and was given their correct items. I pulled up anticipating being told that my food was being re-made and to pull forward to the 3rd window. Instead, the young lady tried handing me the food and drink that was already given to another customer and was taken back (which if correct, is against company policy). I then informed the young lady that I was not going to take any of it and would like my order re-made and had no problem waiting for it and she gave me a dirty look and stormed off. They should probably spend a little more time training their employees better on CC policies and risks.

They refused to give me a tea no ice with alot 3/4 unsweetened & 1/4 sweet (I’m trying to work my way to 1/2&1/2 to better my health. The food is sometimes wrong BUT usually it’s pretty decent. Now, the majority of the staff are so good but there are a handful or so that could use an attitude adjustment. Red headed younger guy, he’s always rude and looks like he hates his job. He’s thrown ketchup packets at my bag, rolled his eyes numerous times over asking for napkins or ketchup, and he’s slammed the drive thru window on me when I asked for a straw. Unacceptable!!! His behavior is disgusting. Put him on trash duty. Now, I came thru today(11-19-25) at 9:30am and asked for a Large cup of ice. I paid for it. Was handed a medium cup with about 7/8 pieces of ice. If I pay y’all for a large cup of ice, I better get a LARGE CUP OF ICE!!! If you wanted to charge me $1 for it, honey I’d pay that. Because that’s what I wanted. So it’s not about the .41. It’s about how the lady at the 2nd window wants to make the wrong size, puts little ice in it, and doesn’t speak a word to me. Hands me the cup aggressively, no “thank you”, “have a good day”. Nothing!!! I know working at McDonald’s has to suck (I worked at Wendy’s for 10 years), but dang, Amazon is hiring for $19/hr. Making your own schedule!!! So go work there. Let out that anger on them packages and not on the paying customers that just want to eat a meal or grab a drink. Ridiculous!!!

i found it very crazy when i got my order from mcdonald’s that my large drink wasn’t even full, large fry wasn’t full either. if im paying for large items i expect them to be the LARGE amount. it was all good and delicious food but the fact that it wasn’t the size i paid for was a little disappointing and irritating.

I am usually a fan of McDonald’s fries, but my recent experience left me deeply disappointed. The fries I received were burnt and had a nasty taste, which was far from the usual crispy, golden, and delicious fries I have come to expect from McDonald’s.
The fries were overcooked to the point of being charred, which gave them a bitter and unpleasant flavor. This not only ruined the taste but also made them hard and unappetizing to eat. It seemed as though they had been left in the fryer for too long or the oil used was not at the right temperature.
Moreover, the fries lacked the signature McDonald’s seasoning, which usually adds a unique and enjoyable flavor. Instead, they tasted bland and uninteresting, making the overall eating experience unsatisfactory.
This experience has certainly tainted my view of McDonald’s quality control. I hope this was just a one-off incident and not a reflection of a decline in their food quality standards. I believe every customer deserves fresh and tasty food, and I hope McDonald’s will take this feedback seriously and ensure such incidents do not recur. Very disappointing and since then past couple weeks they missed a McDouble sandwich and not only that they forgot our dipping sauces for our nuggets. They said come back the next day for the sauce , that defeats the purpose of having the nuggets!!!

I come here once a week. Once a week they mess up the order and leave out food. Or they mess up the way the food is supposed to be made. I walk in sometimes to order and when they were training a new girl they the manager was talking to her like it was an inconvenience to train her on the register. Her attitude with her employee was nasty. This is a hateful environment where they mess up every order I have ever made in one way or another. They do not no how to follow instruction on food prep. Zero stars

All I asked for was a steak bagel with a regular hamburger bun. Not a Biscuit. Listening skills are way off at this location. Nothing is ever made right. The amount of times I’ve had to return for a coffee not being made right is ridiculous in itself. I haven’t been here in months same incompetence. Sad really. No longer giving them a chance to mess up anything else.

I would have gone back but I was on lunch from work already waited ten minutes in line and I got the five dollar meal deal with a spicy mcchicken and nuggets. Didn’t get any dipping sauce for the nuggets the fries were terrible and my mcchicken didn’t have any mayo or lettuce.
