The food is good, don’t have much to say there. The atmosphere is very sports bar. Definitely a nice place to hang out. We were removed from our table because these people are not organized. The visit was 02-27-26 the onsite manager needs to be better prepared. Food service gets wild I’m sure it wasn’t her first rodeo. Simple mistake but again be better prepared.

The Union gap Washington location has always been very phenomenal. Gerry and Fabian took extra time and amazing service for my mother and father and I. We had bad service at the wolf den and we drove to Yakima Applebee’s.so we can have dinner. We have had outstanding service and amazing food. We always go back just for that. My dad has never been here before and he said we were treated like royalty. Gerry the bartender was by far the best. He needs ro be given a hug and a raise and he needs to be paid well. We will always go to Applebee’s because of this amazing service. We even got a small plate of fries while we waited for our main dishes and cold beer. Perfect dinner service.if you ask me. This restaurant experience was amazing. The food was perfect. The waiter Tiffany was really nice and had an amazing sense of humor. The building is always in good condition with all these wonderful workers. Definitely would recommend.

We had a great experience at your restaurant today! Its improved a lot since my last visit. It was clean, food was a good temp and very tasty, wait staff was very attentive and very polite. Wait to be seated was only about 10 min. and food came in a good amount of time. 5 stars for waiter/server and 4 for hostess for forgetting to write our name down. Its busy, I know things happen, just something to improve.

My husband and I sat in the bar and the two bartenders are absolutely amazing. I believe their names were Jeane and Katie. They are super friendly and outgoing. It took a little long for us to get our salads and we never said anything about it but Jeane noticed and took it upon herself to go say something to the kitchen.
We both ordered a meal, we didn’t like one of them but we were going to keep it and not cause an issue but Jeane noticed that we weren’t eating it, removed it from the bar and Bill and we ordered something else that we enjoyed.
We have been here a handful of times and will definitely be going back when we are in town. 🙂

We stopped by for quick dinner with the family place was dead and still waited 20mins to be seated, after being seated for some time the manager came by took our order but everything took awhile to come out our appetizers arrived cold then mins after all our food came out, the waitresses we had were rude and slamming plates on our table spilling chips on the table and just walking away. Some rude service so disappointed I don’t know about us returning..

We stopped in for an early dinner, and it was an amazing time from the beginning to the end thanks to out fabulous server Michelle in Bar seating !! She was awesome! She made yummy food suggestions and we so appreciated the time she took to make sure everything was perfect and it was absolutely perfect in every way! Service was fast and efficient! The food was 5 star! From the Garlic Green beans, Garden Salad,to the yummiest Onion rings and the Whiskey Bacon burger was over the top delicious!
