Ordered a Dave’s double meal with cheese add bacon- mediumwith a Fanta orange, a crispy chicken sandwich add bacon and cheese, a large chili and a medium chocolate frosty. Got home and gave my husband his food only to find that the fries were cold, there were 2 double burgers, no chicken sandwich and as you can see by the picture of the 1 burger (they both looked like that) the meat was old and practically burnt. I tried calling about a dozen times and it just rang busy. Husband used to manage at Wendy’s and said the burgers were chili meat burgers-fed both to the dog.

I love Wendy’s! The person on this visit made my hamburger to superb, nice amount of mayo nice amount of ketchup! No need to ask for or add anything extra!!

I had a door dashing order come in at about 3:50am for this location. I get there and who ever was working was beyond rude over the intercom. I pulled up they they said right away we’re closed. I responded with I had an order online to pick up. They then it the worst tone reply with WE ARE CLOSED! GOODBYE! online theyre advertised as 24hrs. So why be rude to people instead of politely say sorry we are close and shut or systems down. Something, anything would be better than how they treated the situation.

Poor Service. Soda machine was half empty and had to have it made from the counter. Displayed price weren’t the same as register price. When asked for a manager on duty the cashier replied ” what do you want her for ” in a sarcastic way. Manager did make an adjustment on the price. Had a special order grill and had to repeat a couple times so that it will be correct. How hard is it to make a plain sandwich? Fries were cold. Will only go there as a last resort. First time at this one with this issue out of many visits. 9/5/2024. Why would the lobby be closed at 5:00 PM. On a very busy day? No stars here

The food was great. I had to eat and my wife who is waiting on surgery at the hospital slightly down the road asked me not to eat in front of her. I decided to eat inside. The customer service was good. I overheard a meeting talking about the care of service and quality from their team. I also overheard an employee asked to be trained on how to make the chili and the manager went directly over to assist the employee. Keep up the great work and thank you for serving me while I’m waiting on my wives surgery.

Dear management, please have a conversation with your employees about racial discrimination. I was ignored in line and given an order that was ready only after they served customers whose orders weren’t ready yet, and who were after me. They were blatantly ignoring me. Only after I later inquired about my order was I told they were working and given my order, which had been ready for a long time since I arrived. People like that shouldn’t work for a service that prioritizes customers based on skin color.

This restaurant needs new management. New service workers, a complete overhaul. The workers don’t want to work, I sat in a drive thru for 30 minutes before I was even able to order, when it was my turn the clerk was super rude, I just left. I don’t want any angry person serving or making my food at all.

This Wendy’s dining room is harder EVER OPEN and the drive thru is long as heck! Poor management, not enough employees (guessing), and terrible service. This place needs a total rehab on how to manger a fast food restaurant. Corporate needs to step in.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Cant even rate how the food was cuz I couldn’t get any but if the employees act like this im sure the food would be just as bad if not worse. Why advertise being open if the employees won’t take your order. Tell you they’ll be with you for a moment and let you sit there for 6+ minutes then when you ask if they’re still open they ignore you. 0 stars for service. Do better.
