Spicy chicken feet is at the right level of spiciness. They don’t have boneless option, so you have to do your work. And if you decided to order spicy chicken feet, order with diy rice ball. Not because it’s fiery hot, but the portion of one order is def not enough for two people. So if you are hungry, combo menu will be the best. Me and my friend got combo A, and we got enough of various dishes ( chicken feet+diy rice ball+steamed egg+fried chicken). Also this place didn’t seemed to be overly busy even in the Friday night. No need for reservation.

Came here with a group of friends as part of an Instagram collaboration. We ordered the squid & pork bulgogi (new menu item!), Hanshin Dakbal (spicy stir-fried chicken feet), cheese chicken BBQ, Yangnyeom chicken, corn cheese, and the Kakao Friends juice (mango)

My fave was the cheese chicken BBQ! The chicken was tender and flavorful, and tasted so good with the melted cheese! I also enjoyed the Yangnyeom chicken – the sweet and spicy sauce was super tasty! The squid bulgogi was surprisingly tender, but I thought this dish was a little too saucy and salty. I couldn’t eat the Hanshin Dakbal because it was too spicy, but my friends seemed to enjoy that one! The corn cheese was solid, but it was a small dish. Overall a solid place for authentic Korean street food! The vibes are cute and are good for groups!

A new hanshin pocha in Irvine that has just opened. The food here (pocha) is Korean snack and comfort food. Fried chicken is definitely a must try. It’s crispy outside and very tender inside. The uden tang is my favorite since it’s so comforting. Starters and sides are very nice! They only have one server when I went and the place was quite busy. The inside is quite dark for playing with phones but if you’re just here to eat, it should be fine.

I came here for late night dinner & had such a delicious meal. I got draft Sapporo beer which was cheaper during happy hr. I also ate so much : chapagetti, bulgogi fries , tongdak fried chicken, kimchi jeongol soup, and jumok seaweed rice tuna balls. I highly recommend their foods & drinks because it kinda feels like you’re in Korea!!

Great place to go with a small group of friends. 4 of us ordered 6 different meals to share across the table plus a couple of soju, and everything was great. Total including tips and taxes came to around 220 bucks. The place does get packed and loud.

Its been about 2 years since I went here and now they have so much more amazing dishes on their menu. I tried their new arrival dishes such as their bulgogi fries which were crispy with delicious meat. Would have wished for a different type of cheese, but not mad about it! Their stir fried udon was al dente, which I loved and their korean fried chicken had a nice crunch. The service was fantastic and had a dim interior which is great for a late night group gathering.

Such a fun place to hang after work or in the weekend for Korean food and drinking!

Highlights of the menu:
1. Pork mozzarella cheese fondue
2. Kimchi jeongol
3. Fried chicken
4. Fried rice
5. DIY rice ball – they give you gloves to mix the rice with seaweed and sesame oil by yourself
6. Soju ball cocktails: peach and blue ade

Just what I need, casual and fun. They open late hours too, perfect!!

I came here on a Friday around 5pm and got seted right away. We order Combo D which came with gyeran-mari, gochu-maneul chicken, and kimchi jeongol for $67. In addition to that, we also order the spicy chicken feet and mango makgeolli.

Everything was amazing and our favorite were the gyeran-mari and gochu-maneul chicken. The gyeran-mari was so soft with melted cheese on top and the fried chicken sauce was delicious (not really spicy, it’s more of a soy sauce flavor).
The spicy chicken feet was my favorite when I got it the first time I came to Hanshin Pocha.

However, this time it was way too spicy even for my friends who can eat spicy foods, seems like they’re inconsistent with the sauce.

The price is a bit on the pricier side for some menu items.

I believe this is a restaurant run by Koreans. The young waitstaff all speak Korean, and the food is authentic. The key point is that the shops in this mall usually close at 9:00 PM, but they dare to stay open until 1:00 AM, and they are often fully booked. I greatly admire their wisdom and courage, highly recommend it.

We had a great time sharing a pitcher of beer and eating Korean Friend Chicken and many other dishes. It was a nice atmosphere to just unwind and have fun.
