Had an amazing experience at Naara cafe in San Antonio. The vibe was great, the staff was super friendly and attentive, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The food quality and hooka werw excellent, and they even served us complimentary ice cream as a welcome gesture.
A special thanks to Reza, the owner, who personally came by, introduced himself, and made sure everything was perfect. Such a warm, welcoming place with a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I had such a great time, the customer service was amazing. Everything I ordered came out perfect just as the menu described and in good timing. The hookah we ordered was really good, and they made sure we had fresh coals burning the entire time we were there.

I do need to visit at night when the lights are bright, the Turkish coffee is strong and even the cucmber/tomatoe dish hit just right; add a choice of hooka to top it off and even if you don’t, u have the choice of indoor fresh air atmosphere. I know I’ll be back, Lord willing.

Stopped by with a large party for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Didn’t have reservations, but they quickly arranged the tables for a party of 10. Service was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job of serving a large party.
We started off with a few orders of Samboose and a large pot of tea while looking over the menu. Samboose was much larger than expected, but were good. We ordered a large variety of dishes, but everyone was happy with their meals.

This was my first time trying this place and the fold, atmosphere, and hookah did not disappoint. Definitely had an authentic taste and feel. The service was fast and they regularly came and changed out the coals for the hookah. I had a mint lemonade and the fresh ingredients in it take it to the next level. I went on a Saturday afternoon so the traffic was steady but they have plenty of seating. I had the lamb with humus and a chicken shawarma. Everything was seasoned and tender. A must try if you want some hookah and eats.

Great food and excellent service. I haven’t been to this place in years and the food is still phenomenal. I love the gyro plate and the shisha is perfect. They take great care of you while you are eating and check on your coals often. The vibe inside is upbeat and it feels like a giant family spot. The restrooms are clean and the newish outside patio (wasn’t like that when I was there last) is open when it’s nice out and closed up when it’s cold or hot out. Perfect outside seating.

I went back to this place after a +10 years visit. This time we were a large party. Overall, most of the food like the salads and the hamburger were fine. For dessert, I ordered two baklava at the same time. Both were clearly spoiled: they tasted sour and smelled fermented, as if they had been sitting for weeks.
When we asked for a check adjustment to remove only the spoiled baklava, the manager refused because we had eaten about half of them. That happened because we were a large group and several of us tried them to confirm they were indeed spoiled. In the end, they agreed to remove only half of the baklava charge.
It seems unacceptable to serve spoiled food and then argue over charging for it. Especially on a table with a $150+ bill, this response felt unprofessional.
On the bright side, our waiter was friendly and professional all the time.
My recommendation to management: don’t serve spoiled food, and when issues like this happen, your margins should allow you to resolve them without conflict.

I’ve been a few times now and I have nothing but good things to say. Their customer service is wonderful, you want for nothing here. Solid hookah, good food, tasty deserts, and wonderful drinks and teas.
Good for a date night, meeting friends, or just flying solo and catching up on work on the laptop while smoking the hookah.
Fast internet connection, good wi-fi router too.
