The burgers are tasty, and the chicken avocado sandwich is amazing. We also love the milkshakes, although they’re getting a little pricey. The fries were a bit disappointing–not crispy and not enough salt–although the fry sauce was good. Outdoor seating only; perfect for a sunny day at the lake.

Bear Lake is known for the raspberries. We stopped here to get a raspberry shake. The service was very quick, and the shakes tasted absolutely amazing. I tried the banana cream pie and it was outstanding. The fries were cooked to Perfection also. We sat outside at one of the tables, the weather was perfect and it was such a nice atmosphere. Would absolutely come here again. Our next trip to Garden City we will absolutely be back. Thumbs way up

Everybody talks about the food, and that’s because the food is awesome, but I’m going to talk about the small shop attached to the back. It’s really nice to have a place that sells board games so that you can have something to do if the weather turns south and the lake is out of the question. They sell good ones, too! Not just your standard boring fare, but games that are actually fun to play that you’ll want to keep once you’re home from vacation. Love it here, definitely recommend.

HELPFUL HINT TOWARDS THE END: We’ve had shakes from several places in the Garden City area and this places has the better raspberry shakes, from the flavor and thickness of the shake(not too thick but also not a soup). Also the location is pretty popular so the lines look long but they are good at getting people through fast and they make them pretty quick. Helpful hint is the small is actually quite big. We put the regular next to a small and there wasn’t a huge difference granted it’s a 70 cents difference.

super yummy and large portioned raspberry shakes. thick and lots of raspberries. we didn’t try their burgers but they have lots of options for food too. the staff was friendly and my shake came out within a few minutes of ordering.

5 Star Shakes and 2 Star burgers and fries.
We thought it would be good to come here for lunch to do burgers and shakes. But it is not something I’d recommend. The pastrami itself was good, but the burger patties are some premade gross burgers. The bacon isn’t good. The fries are very average.
I would say that LaBeaus really is the best raspberry shake. We did a taste test with shakes from the top 7 places in Garden City. But…get the raspberry chip. Or the huckleberry. Best options.

Loved the Raspberry shake!! I definitely recommend this shake (don’t get rocky road though).
I tried this place for 3 times during my stay in Bear Lake and every time I get the Raspberry Shake, it is so fresh and delicious. However, all their burgers are okay (Do not get the crispy chicken burger because it is just a frozen chicken patty and that is it).

The Raspberry Shakes weren’t as good as expected. They had real raspberries, but were kind of flavorless. Need to be a little more sweet and tart. Food is pretty average. Pretty basic. Probably get most of their stuff from Food Services of America. The food came pretty fast and was got, so that’s a positive. They do have a gluten free bun option for GF people. Wife said it wasn’t too bad, but a little dry.

For starters the cute girl taking orders at the window was super helpful! I was having trouble picking just 1 flavor from all the delicious options for their shakes. She recommended the huckleberry and it was sooo yummy! We also ordered corn dogs, tater tots and onion rings – all delicious.
Update – we liked it sooo much that we came back this afternoon for round 2 of shakes before we headed out of town.
