Ordered through the mobile app. When I got to the drive thru I was told they don’t have McFlurry or Apple pie. Okay, is there an alternative? Yes we can do a Frap and cookies. I said okay I have a sweet tooth that’ll be fine. When I got to the window I got my frap and my bag of food. I checked the bag quickly as I was not wanting to hold up the line. I saw a box of 4 nuggets and said that’s not what I ordered. Is my snack wrap in there? She said yes it’s on the bottom. Okay. So heading home about 9 miles away I open my snack wrap which is supposed to be a chicken ranch, however, it is not, it’s the spicy chicken wrap. Also, no cookies. Ugh. Unfortunately, I didn’t get my order as I wanted and my order was wrong after respectfully understanding that they were out of some items. This is not what I expected of a company who makes billions each year. It should be the same at every location. Sorry I can’t say this location did me right.

There was a young girl (I think her name was Kaylee) at the counter that was super helpful. She even came and checked if we needed anything at our table. Everyone genuinely seemed happy to work there. Probably the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time. Food was better than most by far!

However, for a location that wasn’t busy—I was the only one in line—I had to wait almost five minutes for a burger, despite making no special requests. While the food quality was decent, the wait time felt unnecessarily long given the lack of activity.

Very clean and modern looking McDonald’s. Food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time… got three coffees, each different, and all came out correct. The staff was very helpful and quick, which is what made this visit standout to me.

i asked the manager on duty to make my fries well done, i had another buddy with me who ordered regular fries and they were not well done. i went up to that same manager and he was arguing with me saying that the fries were in fact well done as im comparing my fries and my buddies. guy straight up lied to my face and argued with me saying that they were made to order when they were not. normally a well done fry would still have heat coming from the bag. also never got the managers name due to him not showing it. i’m not mad at the fries not being done the way i asked, im mad at the fact that the MANAGER is arguing with someone who deals with food everyday

This McDonald’s wins the award for being worst McDonald’s that I’ve been to in Arizona for sure This one killed 3 birds with one stone. The drive thru wasn’t busy at ALL. The wait in drive thru was 10+ minutes. I didn’t get sauce with my nuggets. I didn’t get a spoon with my McFlurry. Also they didn’t answer there phone. I definitely don’t call establishments but this one did deserve a call. I don’t recommend this location at ALL………

Extremely high prices and low quality, overcooked food means beware of this place. Buns are burned. Fish, burger patties, and fries were cooked to the point of tastelessness. Employees yelling at each other in the kitchen. All this makes for a dismal dining experience. NOT recommended.

Worst fast food experience ever. This location has a dual drive through. Multiple cars in each line and they took 7 from one side including 5 people who showed up after. Completely ignored right side of drive through and multiple cars decided to leave without placing orders. Never have I had such a bad experience at this location and honestly might not ever go back.

9 am Vets Day. Kiosks not working. Waited to place order at register. Hispanic lady with makeup just kept looking over from drive thru area. More interested in servicing drive thru. 5 people behind me. Looks over and just grins. I believe she is actually a manager. Unbelievable. Finally left without having my order taken. Terible service. Wont be back.
