Had a great Valentine’s Day dinner with the heart shaped lasagna. It’s a fantastic deal for Vday. Our server was Ava and she was delightful. She was even dressed up a little for Valentine’s Day in a super cute heart sweater. It’s a bit of a drive for us but very worth it for special occasions.

This was the worst meal I ever had. It was basically frozen dinner entrees.. Incredibly overpriced!!! the margins are probably 300% ..Tomato Caprese- five slices of tomato with some cheese on it was $38.50 are you kidding me ? That’s a $10 $12 appetizer anywhere else..
Family size? Um no! You get a smaller sized platter dish from $35-$50 a dish! Two dishes and 2 beers was $92 plus tax .. could have went to Texas Roadhouse had steak and prime rib for that..
Service was subpar offers us garlic bread as if it were complimentary never mentioned there was a charge and thent charges us $15.49 for garlic bread!!?? Needless to say we canceled rthe order and returned it. Then offered house bread after upselling us without a pricing attached.. Why wasn’t the house bread offered first and then mention for an upcharge garlic bread? Oh and did we mention brought the bread no butter.. also charged us for the garlic bread had to have them remove that from the receipt totally sketchy..
The place is so run down peeling paint Goddy decor and the men’s room oh my God . Look at the pictures!! It was like a dive bar men’s room..AND I’M SUPPOSED TO EAT DINNER HERE? GRRRROOSSSS!!!

Yeah, no. Trust me on this. Don’t waste your time here. We ordered the meatball appetiter…. they were cold. We ordered the cheese ravioli…. it was cold. We ordered the stuffed shells… they were actually pretty good and piping hot. Not sure why everything else was cold but the shells were so hot we had to wait a few to eat them.
Place smells like old, dirty carpet and bleach water.
However, the manager was super nice and replaced our ravioli (we decided not to complain about the meatballs). She apologized and stood there while we took a bite to make sure they were hot.
WAAAY to expensive to experience cold food repeatedly! Save your money and try someplace else.

Have been going here off and on for 8 years since we moved to Greenwood, primarily when we receive a coupon for a birthday or otherwise. Felt compelled to review after our experience last night with our waitress, Hannah. She brought a positive attitude from the moment we arrived. She made suggestions on our order and was very knowledgeable about the menu. We opted for the $40 feeds 4 deal and got the garlic bread, mixed salad and fettucine alfredo. All were top notch. My son found the garlic bread “spicy”, so we asked Hannah for a loaf of the house bread. As a big fan of the oil/balsamic mix, it was the first time in 8 years any server had asked if the ratio of oil to vinegar was acceptable. Food was great and Hannah’s help really enhanced the experience. When we return, we’ll be asking for one of her tables!

We had Skylar for our waitress and she was absolutely amazing! There was no wait and the food came out hot. She even offered to give us more sauces for our meal. She provided good recommendations and was super accommodating. Would recommend this place again!! 🙂

Better than I remember by a long shot. Meals are still served family style, and the decor still looks like your nearly blind Italian grandma picked it. Portions are big, but like everything in 2025, seemingly smaller than I recall. Service was not remarkable which is actually a good thing. We had a nice time for my little Italian mother’s birthday.
Solid experience, and one that puts Bucca back on the radar when we are in the area.

We were seated by a hostess who barely spoke to us on a Saturday evening around 7pm. As soon as we walked in we noticed multiple tables piled high with dirty dishes. After ten minutes five servers walked passed us without even looking at us. We decided not to bother and got up to leave. The manager was chatting up the unfriendly hostess when we left, when he should have been bussing the many, many dirty dishes. I understand places being short on help, but this was a little over the top.

Brought some out of state company out for a meal & it ended up being 2 meals. The outside & decor was a little older but had a great experience. The waitress (I wanna say her name was Lou?) was great at explaining the menu (portions & suggestions) We, the 4 of us, started with the antipasto salad & mozzarella garlic bread (great seasoning & 4 portions already taken of them when I took the picture)
Then we had our meal, the prosciutto stuffed chicken & spinach cannelloni…..stuffed already, we ordered the Colossal Brownie Sundae….which we had to finish as the others were going to be ok for leftovers. We “rolled” out w/3 boxes to take home. Definitely will come back

This restaurant serves family style, one meal feeds 4 to 5. It is also alcart, salads are separate. There is a lunch menu until 3:00PM for individual meals. We didn’t order lunch meals because we were ordering the same thing. With out seeing a lunch portion, we decided to get the family portion. There was only a few dollars difference. Staff was friendly, service was great, will visit again.
Have eaten there twice now, both times were great experiences with very good food.
Wait staff is impeccable.
