Reviews
The food quality did not meet expectations — the biryani lacked authentic flavor and freshness, and the dragon chicken was not prepared properly. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of accountability. Despite raising the concern, the manager never responded or addressed the issue.
Customer service is just as important as food quality. Ignoring customer feedback reflects poorly on the establishment and shows a lack of professionalism. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both their food standards and their responsiveness in the future.
The service is exceptional — food starts arriving in under 5 minutes, no matter how big your order is. The staff truly care about customers, making sure every order is accurate while also giving great recommendations.
The flavors are incredibly authentic, especially if you enjoy Telangana and Andhra-style cuisine.
Prices are very reasonable for the quality and experience you get.
Overall, this is a fantastic restaurant you don’t want to miss — try it out and you’ll thank me later!
I’ve visited this restaurant many times and every single dish I’ve tried has been outstanding, from their flavorful Mandi and aromatic biryani to the mutton pepper roast, puri bhaji, masala dosa, plain dosa, and so much more. The consistency in taste and quality is remarkable.
The manager Robin makes sure everything is running smooth and are always friendly, attentive, and quick to address any requests or concerns with a smile, which makes the dining experience even more enjoyable.
A perfect combination of great food, warm hospitality, and excellent service. Highly recommended!
I usually avoid posting negative reviews and even waited a some time to make sure this wasn’t just a momentary frustration. Unfortunately, I still feel compelled to share my experience.
I had previously visited this place with friends and enjoyed the biryani, which is why I decided to return with my family and try the Dosa Buffet. The welcome was decent — a simple greeting and being seated, which was perfectly fine.
When we ordered, the staff member mentioned that my 10-year-old daughter could eat for free. I chose to pay for her anyway as it didn’t feel right otherwise. We placed our first order of dosas. However, after receiving only part of our first order, we were seemed overlooked. Not only did no one check back for additional orders, but even our initial request was never fully served.
I reminded waiters and staff members several times, but there was no improvement. After repeated follow-ups, we received only one of the two pending dosas from the first order. It genuinely felt as if serving us was not a priority. After waiting a long time and deciding to leave, I informed the staff member who had taken our order. His response was: “My job is only to take orders. The kitchen and serving team are responsible. You can write a review if you want.”
That response was surprising and disappointing. I had no intention of writing a review until that moment. It suggested either the issue is known but not taken seriously by management, or that customer experience/feedback simply doesn’t matter.
I paid at the counter and mentioned the situation. The person there felt sorry and offered to get the dosa then, but by then we had already waited long and decided to leave.
I’m not discouraging anyone from visiting, but after this experience I personally wouldn’t return. Mistakes happen, but how situations are handled makes all the difference. Better service or a more graceful response would have gone a long way.
The chicken was slightly on the drier side, so reducing one star for that. Portion size is generous and definitely worth the price.
Overall, a good experience with room for minor improvement.
I also ordered a gajar halwa but i guess they ran out (understandable, it’s not carrot season) and they substituted with a double ka meetha, although I wish they just refunded me. it tasted fine, I just would not prefer deep fried bread in extra sweet syrup when i ordered carrots in extra sweet syrup lol
