Waited an hour !!!! For food and when they got the order wrong they tried to argue the point. When we were waiting for the wings, on several occasions the staff asked if we were still waiting…. Yes…. We don’t just sit at your drive through for fun…. Then they brought out the food and that too was wrong. At that point we just left. Waste of my time

Delicious chicken, but every time I’ve been here I’ve seen chaos. At least 3 people asked for refunds during my 25 minute visit to pick up a mobile order. This isn’t fast food. KFC is about 1/2 mile away. I’ll go there next time.

While I do like their spicy chicken, I LOVE their popcorn shrimp. I often drive over 1/2 an hour to the nearest one. Yesterday, I had a day from hell. I was counting on the popcorn shrimp to salvage what was left of the day only to be told they no longer carry popcorn shrimp. I literally burst into tears. No I dont want butterfly shrimp. 6 to 8 shrimp is an appetizer not an entree.

COUNT YOUR CHICKEN!!!!! Service is normally busy and appears to be unorganized. Never consistent. I love popeyes but I hate having to go to this one because it’s always a long wait, rather it’s the drive thru or going inside. This particular occasions I ordered a 10 piece family meal. I moved forward to briefly review my order. My box of chicken, biscuit and 2 sides were in the bag. I get home only to see 7 pieces of chicken!! I paid for a 10 piece meal for a reason. It was cold, raining and I was not going back. They updated the look of the store but more importantly need to work on training and bettering there customer service because their customer are who is going to continuesly keep them open.

I went in the drive through and was told to pull up and wait because the French fries weren’t done. Twenty minutes later I got out of my car and went in to be told the spicy chicken wasn’t ready.. Even though I was looking at plenty of pieces and people had been going through the drive through regularly. So I returner to my car and another 20 minutes goes by and I go back in the store and stayed until they finally filled the order 40 MINUTES LATER! Other patrons in the store said they should give it to me free for waiting so long. Unbelievable!

Our visit to Popeyes Kitchen was just alright. The tables weren’t clean, so we ended up eating in the car instead. There was about a 20-minute wait for our food, but that seems to be the trend these days, so it is what it is. The food itself was fine, but the overall experience could’ve been better.

I was disappointed with my 10 piece family meal. The chicken portions were bone dry and tiny. No meat to enjoy, just crunchy skin and batter. The only thing that was delicious was the Mac and cheese.

Came for a pickup order. Waited 15 minutes for the man just to acknowledge my presence. And then they didn’t even provide any of the requested sauces. Food was OK, but you could not pay me to come back.
