Came in and got seated pretty fast. Server came around quickly and asked if we were ready so we said we needed a moment since we had just gotten seated. That moment turned into 10 minutes just for us to be able to say our drink orders. After placing my order and my kids orders the waitress made a reference about how much food we had ordered which I felt to be a little rude. After eating when we were about ready to pack our things up the waitress came back with lids for the sauces and just proceed to reach her hand into my sons food basket and put the lid on for him and start packing his food up without even asking if that was okay because I would have said it was not. I don’t think she had any bad intentions but we don’t appreciate people reaching over our food and we were actually still eating. I had just asked for the to go containers so we’d have them for when we were done. I may return here and try again but I may not

Not sure who this gentleman is that works here, I’m assuming he may be a manager.. him and all of the other staff are great. I came here a few years ago and it was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chain restaurant but this experience was incredible ! The food was fast, there was a 40 min wait but it was a Saturday night and the hosts at the front knocked that line down QUICK.. Shannon at the bar was also great .. I guess there is new management because this was top tier customer service !

The food was delicious and fresh. The dishes arrived piping hot. The restaurant was clean, and the servers were very friendly, attentive, and prompt. I want to highlight the service of the waiter, Jackson. He was very kind and friendly. Despite my limited English, he understood what I wanted. I also ordered a soda, and it was really bad because it’s a refill. He was very kind and funny. He brought a bottle of Coca-Cola and poured it for me. This made my stay very pleasant. I wish all restaurants treated you like this.

had such a great experience at chili’s thanks to jj and david! they were both super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out perfectly. our drinks stayed full, the food was hot, and they checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. you can tell they really care about their guests and about doing a good job. definitely made the visit even better. thank you both for the great service!

Our last visit to this Chilli’s on Cheltenham Ave was super disappointing. First, my wife and I sat at the bar, and the bartender acted like he didn’t want to be there. His service felt like he didn’t was us to be there, (at the bar) either. We moved to a table and ordered boneless wings and a pasta dish. The wings were hard as a rock, and the toast on the pasta dish was burnt! …smh! Maybe they really don’t want their customers to come back! The waitress, however, was great! Her friendly attitude was the reason I gave them 2 stars.

After a terrible dining experience here years ago, I had always avoided revisiting this Chili’s but took a chance and decided to try them last night. I will definitely be returning. Great atmosphere–plenty of families and young friends enjoying the start of the weekend. The hostess, servers and manager all welcoming and friendly. And even though it was a pretty busy Friday night, we were seated right away. Drinks were great (Blackberry Presidente Margarita) and service was excellent. I couldn’t have been happier with my entree but my husband found his wings to be a little too salty for his liking.
We’ll absolutely be returning as I’m happily adding Chili’s back to my dinner spots.

We went here for happy hour and was charged full price for our meal. The servers are inexperience and I thought I was at high school when I walked in. The bathroom smelled horrible. I waited until I went home. The food was the reason for the 3 . We had a salad, triple diper and the trio salsa and chips. Which were all good. When my girlfriend checked her account today. She found her card was charged twice,for $200.00 and another one for $45.00 when the bill was $100.00

The young lady at the front when you walk in she was very pleasant. We were there Sunday 3/16 evening. We had to wait for refills which was annoying because we were sitting there and food was getting cold.

Our waiter Jackson was the best waiter i ever had. Very attentive, very hospitable, and very knowledgeable and polite. He made sure we got everything we needed and fixed any minor issues we had. I recommend coming here, best waiter in town!
