Yes this is the best Birria in town, by far! Eating here is like having a meal at somebody’s family gathering and tasting all of the secret recipes.
They also feature monthly special plates that are not on the menu. For example, I had the chicken mole which was outstanding. It was served with rice and corn tortillas. Follow this business on Instagram to know what special plates are being featured, and when they will be available.
The owners shared with me that they will also feature a variety of tamales for the holidays, which I’m really looking forward to.
