Really disappointed. The new design feels like McDonald’s has gone out of its way to remind customers that service isn’t a priority. You’re forced to order at a kiosk, with no employee in sight to help or take your order. On top of that, you can’t see into the kitchen, so you have no idea whether your order is being prepared or what’s going on behind the scenes. It is a good thing that we do have other options besides McDonald’s

This establishment doesn’t deserve even one star. My order was extremely simple, yet it was completely mishandled from start to finish. Each item had a receipt clearly showing the requested extras, but not a single one of those extras was included. This wasn’t a minor mistake — it was a total disregard for the order as written.
I don’t understand how an order can be taken correctly, documented properly, and still prepared in the exact opposite way. When you order one thing and receive something entirely different, it shows a serious lack of attention to detail and quality control. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check their food just to ensure basic instructions were followed.
This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of time and money. If staff are unable or unwilling to read and follow simple directions, then management needs to seriously reevaluate their training and standards. I will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting accurate service.

We ordered a pick up on the app at this location. I ordered on my app from home while my husband drove to pick it up. I sent him a screenshot with our confirmation code and received a confirmation of order email. They made him wait 20 minutes before deciding that he could not receive the food we were charged for on the app because he had a screenshot from me and wasn’t able to show them the app. He explained that I ordered from my phone at home, he had the matching card that was charged, and they still would not serve him due to the screenshot. Yes, he was very upset, he waited a long time, our card showed charged, and received a manager that pretty much said “Sorry, nothing we can do. We don’t have your food”. Zero effort to fix the situation or offer the same food we ordered on the app. It was so unprofessional. I called to ask what in the world was going on and the manager had the nerve to complain about my husband being upset and say she couldn’t do anything about it. Again, we have never had this issue at any other location. We’ve always provided a code and received the food we payed for. Supposedly we’ll get a refund. Do not expect the employees to do the right thing or even care that they wasted your time and money.

I ordered 4 snack wraps, a drink and some fries and when my friend picked it up and brought it back I figured out that they only put one snack wrap and a smaller drink with my order. DEFINITELY would not recommend as this is the second time this has happened to me. Go to any other restaurant or location but steer clear of this one. The employees obviously don’t care.

Ordered the Grinch meal the day it came out so I could get it before it sold out but they forgot my socks & seasoning packet (the whole reason people got the meal) and a side burger. When I called them, the lady was really rude and basically called me a liar. (They can check the cameras to prove I’m not lying). Went back a couple days later and they said they sold out the socks but the manager was able to give me the burger & grinch salt they originally forgot as compensation which I appreciate but that’s not the thing I wanted.
This location always messes up my order and the most the staff never help with anything at all and are usually rude. It takes them forever to address someone at the cashier and there are no drink, straw or napkin station.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a joke!!! I was struggling with my toddlers who kept running out of the play area because for some reason they tho8ght it was a good idea to remove the door. The employee laughed at me watching me struggle. The high chairs are the smallest I’ve ever seen and don’t fit my ONE year old! So where were they supposed to sit! So I couldn’t contain them and they ran out of the play room constantly. This place is horrific and not at all meant for families!

I arrived at the drive thru at 8:30pm
I placed my order, but the female employee could not hear me because she was speaking to the wrong drive thru speaker. I calmly tried to explain the issue, but she became disrespectful and gave me an attitude. When a different customer arrived at the drive thru speaker she was using, she took that customer’s order instead of mine. After she realized the issue, I stated that she had been speaking to the wrong speaker. A simple acknowledgment of the mistake would have resolved the issue. Instead, she responded, “What do you want?” The order I received afterward was unsatisfactory, and the fries were cold.

Fries were so cold I thought they just pulled them out of the cooler… the fish fillet was also just cold like it was sitting there waiting to be taken out forever.
We did curbside, I dont recommend it if you dont want to wait 20 mins to get your food. Its just better to go through the drive through.

Usually come here early for coffer and bkfast. They had me wait for my frappe at next window and I guess forgot about me. After 8 minutes, I finally just got off and it literally took 1 minute to give me my drink. I was having a good morning. Other times my family’s food order is slightly wrong, I try my best to check it before we depart
