Hair in food. Not just like a simple stand but there was hair on the fries, and in the Lettuce of my sandwich and on the buns.

At first it was a disaster, the two girls in the front made us sit in parking two and made us wait 35 minutes since they couldn’t decide where we should go. But then I spoke to Carla and she was so sweet and went out of her way to made our order better, make sure you give Carla some credit for going over the top!

After repeated and I mean repeated, times of telling the drive through people that our burgers were NO onions, they not only put onions on but the put them on my kids happy meal burger that was supposed to be plain with light ketchup. We got a burger I think was on the warmer for someone else cuz cuz it had pickels also. Definitely not the first time.

I ordered a couple double cheeseburgers and they were cold and the cheese was not melted (and no it wasn’t sitting on the counter I grabbed it as soon as it was done). I told the shift manager and he said that’s just how the cheese is and said he can’t do anything about it. He didn’t seem interested in making it right at all.
Shortly afterwards the owner noticed that I was taking photos of the food and that I didn’t look happy. He went up to me to see what’s wrong and after showing him the food he promptly apologized and said he’ll remake them with the cheese melted. The first 2 pictures are the original burgers, the last 2 are the ones they remade which is how it should have been.
The owner is the only reason I didn’t give 1 star. Had the shift manager simply did something, anything, to make it better rather than brush me off and blame it on the cheese, I would have given 5 stars. But the interaction really soured my impression of this location.

Hello my name is Jaden Lyles and I tried to use this code today to receive my free McMuffin but I have no money bcuz I have been in the ER about 7 times in last month and haven’t been able to get on disability due to literally being at the hospital over the holidays. I did ask if I could remove the egg and pay for extra cheese but the worker who appeared to the manager continued to gaslight me and double down that it was the deal for two Mac muffins and not the on the menu. Eggs make me very sick and I’m not good with them. This was 5 AM on Monday morning. Obviously she doesn’t know my situation but I clearly had the reward points to receive this discount.
Hey guys I came back this morning at 6:08 AM and I told Adaline that I had a mild food allergy to eggs and she took them off and had the kitchen clean everything for me and was INCREDIBLY nice and understanding! Promote her to manager! The lady from the other night handed me my FREE McMuffin and did not say a word to me. Maybe try being an adult and apologizing for ur actions queen Adaline is great! She also gave me the receipts to fill out the survey to get another free sandwich! Need more workers like her!!

The inside and outside of the restaurant were full of trash. The trash cans were overflowing with trash all over the top and the floor, with trash being left on tables because it was impossible to pile any more onto the garbage cans. Long wait for food and left before my order was ready after seeing the condition of the lobby and an employee preparing food in the kitchen touching their hair in between each order.

Had a terrible experience here at this location in Tanasbourne only. Terrible food that was incorrect was only the beginning (gross and inedible). I am a senior and they tried to degrade and humiliate me. The very worst customer service of my life. Please, nobody go to this McDonald’s when the one at Cornelius Pass Rd. and West Union has fresh food, great customer service and the prices are lower.
