This is the slowest chikfila I’ve ever been to. We ordered via the app and waited 12 minutes in line for our food And they gave us a scrap of breading and counted it as a chicken nugget. They also did not give us the sauces we asked for.

I Love love love chick fil a from the bottom of my heart!!! But geez the lines/wait times are crazy. I’m in no way blaming the employees as I know they are doing the best they can! Shout out to their awesome customer service skills! I never got her name but a lady said something that made me laugh and it truly made my day!! I hope this location can expand or something for the wait times but overall I will never stop coming here! Thank you chick fil a for being so awesome!

Came at 930pm restaurant was definitely in clean up mode. I waited almost 10 minutes for one Chick-fil-A sandwich, one order of waffle fries, and one root beer float. The car in front of me passed their bag back in and I could tell their primary complaint was that the french fries were not hot instead of pulling over that car and servicing me they made me wait behind that car when I received my food. My french fries were definitely hot as I had requested however, my sandwich had a very unusual old moisture filled foul smelling taste to it. Nothing like one comes to expect from a chicken fillet sandwich, I was very disappointed and threw the sandwich out the window driving down the road. There was definitely something off about that chicken sandwich strive to do better and provide quality food please.

The breakfast burrito with the spicy chicken is amazing. The staff was friendly. I went for lunch on a separate day and the grilled nuggets were delicious. Thank goodness they had hot sauce available. The tables in the seats near the window closest to the drive-thru line needed to be wiped down.

All around good experiences at this CFA. Unfortunately, I noticed what looks like mold in my eggs this morning. I called the restaurant to make them aware and the person I spoke to was very kind. She said it may have been residue from the grill, but that still makes it unappetizing. Overall a great location with friendly staff.

Ive been sitting in this booth for over 2 hours with a suitcase back pack and sleeping bag. Yes I look homeless. Anyway the staff here is awesome ! They dont bother me for sitting here and twice they offered me something to drink. I dont leave reviews but this one was worth it. I have been treated beyond respect. They never asked me to leave when the place got packed with people and no seats left.

I love Chick-fil-A, but this particular one consistently fails to fill up the fries. I go to this place often, and for the past two months I have had 7 or 8 times when the amount of fries has been extremely low. The large fry containers are half full or less than half full. I am not exaggerating when I say they provide less in a large fry than other Chick-fil-A’s put in a medium fry. I hate leaving a bad review, and I love Chick-fil-A as an organization. I genuinely just want the appropriate amount of fries.

Update- visited 3/5/2025 I ordered on the app and picked up in the drive thru. I had a Southwest chicken salad and tea. It’s pouring down rain and the drive thru is backed up. When I got back to my office – no fork. I really expect more from Chick-fil-A

Redhead with glasses at the window working on 1/15 needs to be removed from the window. I’ve came to this CFA for a VERY long time with no issues whatsoever until today.
I drive up, place my order with 0 issues and then proceeded to get sent to another worker in the same lane to give cash to. I give her cash requesting NO change and I was sent on my day..
Waiting in line, I get to the window and the girl tells me my total- BUT I JUST PAID, so I told her that. Instead of saying, “Oh! let me go check that for you” or anything remotely in that context, she proceeds to say, “Well it’s not reported on my side” and continues to stick her hand out the window requesting payment after I paid already. She stands there after I tell her for the 3rd time that I paid, walks off, comes back and hands me my order in silence. I didn’t recieve an apology, or a “have a nice day!” sickening. She lacks accountability and doesn’t have the proper attitude to even be working at that window.
