I came here to celebrate my 18th birthday and it delivered, I ordered the lobster Mac and cheese along with the T bone stake and it was outstanding but what stood out to me the most was the service. Our server was banks and from the start we could tell he was a person who loved his job, he did a wonderful job taking care of us despite having another table of eight and gave us great recommendations on things like sides and how our steak should be cooked. He also had a handmade box made by him and his daughter that he gave to me for my birthday which had many delicious gourmet chocolate and he delivered on the happy birthday cheesecake as well and I’m not exaggerating it was the best cheesecake I’ve had in my entire life. 10/10 would recommend, if banks is your server just know you’re in for a great night.

Our first visit to Ruth Chris was 33 years ago. Can I say the service is continues to be top notch. From the lovely hostess Annalysis who seated us to the manager Ian who touched our table just to say happy birthday. I love that Ruth Chris is still training their staff in Customer service. Our server Banks deserves 10 stars. It is so nice to have great service, a genuine conversation, and awesome food suggestions. Derrick the runner was amazing too. Top tier experience.

I had a good steak and salad at Ruth Chris. Salad was fresh and tasty. Blue cheese was good, perfect amount of dressing. 8 oz filet was cooked properly. Tender and juicy, butter was a great addition. Bread was good, margaritas was good. Sat at the bar, bartender was curious and good communication.

I’ve been to Ruth’s Chris Steak House multiple times now for pharmaceutical dinners and I always get the medium steak with lobster tail. However, for this dinner, we did not get the option of lobster tail but instead got shrimp.

It’s one of my favorite dinner spots for when I go to these talks. Most times service is quick and food is cooked perfectly.

We visit this location quite frequently so I was a little disappointed in the quality of the food this evening. Although it’s takeout that shouldn’t change a ton. Chicken appears undercooked, pink and definitely missing stuffing. Scheduled a specific time to pick up the food and it was ice cold by the time I made it home which is only 5 minutes away. Called to report it and was offered “stuffing next time I come in” what if I order steak, I don’t want stuffing to go with it.

We celebrated my sons birthday and Banks was our server. He was very patient and prompt . When asked about cocktail recommendations he suggested the pomegranate martini which was 10/10. I had the cowboy ribeye cooked medium and it was perfectly cooked . My son had the Tbone which was also cooked to perfection. Banks was a trained professional he was taking care of a large party and other tables , but still managed to remain courteous and deliver our food promptly.

My husband and I go to this place to eat often… we usually have a wonderful time at all the locations… one time we didn’t have the best experience unfortunately…. so we called and spoke with Leo the manager… he was apologetic and also offered more then enough compensation to come back and redeem themselves – sadly it wasn’t the service last time, but poor seating, and the kitchen that lacked – One thing led to the other heavily… being out of mashed potatoes right when we should’ve already received our meal… being seated between two huge birthday parties that were boisterous on a Tuesday evening, a two top has no Business being seated in between a party… so walking in this time with multi greeters and sitting in a appropriate table on a sat night then having Derrick as our server was a phenomenal experience! We will def be back….maybe only on weekends, when they bring their A game lol! Great time!

***Only reason why I’m not giving a five star rating is because due to the lack of our previous experience and also — Atmosphere / Competitive atmosphere —I think they could use an update. I know that’s not the store’s fault but maybe one day corporate will decide to do something for this place…I know other locations look a lot better!

But this store really truly is doing the best they can. They have wonderful employees that’s for sure.
