Dietary restrictions? Skip it, you’ll be very disappointed even the seasoning salt has milk in it. I ended up getting grilled shrimp and a baked potato. The grilled shrimp was described as jumbo on the menu, they were barely even medium. And were served with absolutely no seasoning – I mean not even salt and pepper!
We were a larger party, and waited to be seated, absolutely no issue- totally understand. By the time we sat down, things had definitely calmed down. The restaurant had cleared out, other servers were even sitting at tables rolling silverware. We had one server who was definitely struggling, and no one was helping me. We asked for bread, she said the bread usually comes when she serves the soup and salad, but it took forever! We asked someone at the hostess stand to help grab some bread, and the bread was already eaten, by the time the soup and salads arrived.
We didn’t even receive waters. If you didn’t order a water, you didn’t receive a water. One person ordered a water, and it was almost an hour for them to receive it. The others did enjoy their food, when it finally arrived.
But then the checks came. And what was on my printed receipt, didn’t match when I scanned the QR code to pay. Not a little off, I’m talking $10 off for the same items. And no it wasn’t the gratuity.
The drinks were not good, get wine or something in a bottle that can’t easily be messed up.

Second time at this restaurant and I have to say the service and the food are just outstanding.
Warm, friendly greeting when you walk in, and the staff makes sure everything is just right.

Food was excellent as always. The atmosphere is family friendly. They typically do a great job. Our server was not attentive. We had to ask 3 other people at different times for drink refills, parmesan, and to go boxes. My husband ordered a drink from the bar and as they were bringing out our dinner he asked or server about it and said just cancel it. He said no it is a special drink and only 1 person could make it, and it would be right out. 5 minutes later the drink arrived with no apology. The manager finally noticed the issue after another server told he how much others were having to step in. She came over and asked how we were doing. We told her fine and she brought up the server issue. We told her this was not typical for us here but we understood. Someone else had to bring us our check, because our server went Mia. When we were leaving we saw him out front to the side of the building smoking. Not a good look. But again loved the food!

This was the first time me & my husband ate here on 1-17-26. Let me tell you everything was great about this place. The way the place is set up it’s amazing. The staff is friendly, and go above and beyond to get you what you need. Our waitress name was Nicole and she was excellent. The food is great, and the prices are affordable and well worth it. There bread is really good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wow the sirloin had an amazing crust on medium well that’s not really present on a medium. THE BREAD IS SO GOOD, it’s so soft it almost melts after a few chews and the cheese and onion flavor so perfect

Yuummmm … we tried every appetizer here they were good the nachos reminded me of baseball stadium nachos … the meatballs were really good too . The house bread is unique in its own … the pot roast was better than grandma’s! They steak needed no sauce it was delicious. Our waitress was A1 as well … the manager was kinda rude when she brought my tea out but we didn’t let her ruin the vibe

One of the best restaurants ive ever eaten at in my life. I grew up in Hendersonville we would eat at demos every Sunday after church because it was delicious and affordable. I moved to chattanooga 15 years ago, but I still make the trip.to Hville at least once a month just to eat Demos! Service is hit and miss but the food is ALWAYS top quality.

Chicken and Rice Soup is always a treat with the yummy bread for my daughter! Hamburger Steak and Loaded Potato for the hubby and 3 Sauce choice GF vermicelli for me! Server was very attentive. Prices are very good as well!

We had Michelle as our server, she was great. She had good recommendations for us as it was our first dining experience here. The bread was amazing! As you can see, they have a kids menu, the grilled cheese is perfect for cheesy-ness. Service and food was great. We will be back for sure.

Last time we ate inside this location, we were served a raw chicken sandwich. Management’s solution was to make another sandwich which took so long, the rest of the party was finished eating by the time it came out.
This week, I ordered to go thru door dash and didn’t get any of the sides with my orders.
Even the receipt had the sides marked out like someone knew the sides weren’t in there but gave them to the door dasher anyway. Upon calling the restaurant, I was told I would have to take up the missing food with door dash.
Completely unprofessional and despite loving the food at Demos, I will not be returning for their customer service alone.
