Great customer service at the drive thru window..the chicken though is really uneventful. I use to love popeyes. Now i remeber why I stopped coming here. The chicken is bad. No flavor no spices used at all. I donot know if they all taste the same. I imagine they mix their on batter i have no idea. Popeyes use to be a bit spicey with pepper or paprika. No flavor or color to the chicken. Very soggy chicken also. So bad That I even bothered to write this review….

Good cajun flavored chicken,
Love their red beans and rice. Today, I tried their chicken dippers with the sweet heat sauce. They were really good. I also had the red beans and rice, yum! Great prices, too. If you join their app, they have some really good free deals for joining and really good coupons too.

My stepfather ordered me 12pc chicken wing classic flavor, Not sure if this is intentionally altered but not sure what combination of spices and flavors tastes like cigarettes this is beyond not okay. Online says it comes with 2 sauces we asked for signiture and blackened ranch and we got 2x butter ranch. The only things correct are the ice tea which taste like good tea with bad tap water and mashed potato and gravy which also tastes off assuming the tap water is used in it possibly zero out of 5 stars family is too old to take this back tonight we deserve a refund I am tired of how often fast food orders are wrong it is almost everytime

Wings were not fresh ( ghost pepper). Went to counter for refill of unsweetened ice tea. Waited a couple of minutes. While he was talking to another employee. The employee cooking alerted him that I was waiting. During that time, he was rubbing his forehead and thur his hair and moving his hat.Male employee approached and said “ yeah “. Initially I didn’t say anything and he snatched my cup. I let him know I like good customer service and he barked something back. I let him know since was rubbing through his hair my concern was hair getting into my drink. He did not like what I said. His comment to his coworker was “ she doesn’t want me to get her drink.” She said it was both of us . I am the customer and it was a matter of respect and sanitation. Thank you. Attention Popeyes it is 1256 and you have an empty drive-through, which is bad. This is the second time IAttention Popeyes it is 1256 and you have an empty drive-through, which is bad. This is the second time I visit this location. The first time I visit it taste like you fry my chicken and dirty grease the second time. The chicken is great, but I requested for my meal to have freshly made fries which is still lukewarm and not done like usual and you wonder why your drive-through is empty in Rosedale, you better open your eyes, but this will be my last visit at this location. I’ll stay going to the one that I go to that is better.

In the dim glow of Popeyes, where fried delights should rise steaming like spirits from the cauldron, we met a manager whose attitude was colder than the very meal she served. When we gently mentioned our food had lost its warmth, she swooped in like a bat with a vendetta, scolding us as though we were the monsters of this tale.
“Oh my fang,” I thought, “is it a crime to crave a fresh feast?”
Her sharp tone toward both customers and her own weary staff cast a shadow darker than midnight over the whole visit. The workers looked terrified, as though she were the Countess of Condescension ruling her crispy empire with an iron spatula.
I dearly hope the higher powers of Popeyes take note, for this location deserves leadership that lifts its crew instead of draining them dry. Until then, beware, weary traveler—the chill in your chicken may not be the coldest thing you encounter.

So I love Popeyes. But I’m pretty sure it’s the manager working here currently, this is the second time I’ve came to this Popeyes establishment and she’s been on a personal cell phone call while helping customers. I’m usually not too bothered, but she was talking about customers in a different language, so others would not understand I came here about maybe 5 months ago and she was working drive-through and had an AirPod in her ear facing me and would talk to me and then talk to her friend in a different language just no disregard to the customers. I went in again today and she was on the phone on speaker walking around inside Popeyes. My family is a big fan of Popeyes I was getting dinner for all of us. I just know that the Popeyes establishments probably won’t be happy knowing that one of their managers is on personal phone calls on speaker in the middle of shift or working drive-through. That’s all probably will still come back because of course it’s Popeyes and who doesn’t like Popeyes.

Stopped at Popeyes today and honestly wish we hadn’t. Our food came out below room temperature—cold chicken, cold fries, cold everything. We took it back to the counter thinking it was just a mix-up, but instead of fixing it with an apology, the manager scolded us and said we should have asked for our food to be made fresh. Since when do you have to request hot food at a restaurant? Totally unprofessional and disappointing. Won’t be coming back to this location.
