Miyqan, Misty, and Olivia accommodated our students today with no up front notification. I tried to call the week and day prior to notify and ensure they could accommodate our large group. The three of them were calm, collected, and offered superb service to our group of 45 (40 students and 5 adults). They ensured all orders were correct, met expectations, and were made to order. These three deserve major praise for today. Thank you from the Morris Elementary Art Club students and chaperones. We greatly appreciated you today❤️

Went into the store today, and, upon arrival at approximately 1130 hrs, half the lobby was still locked. When I got inside, there was nobody manning the counter or the kitchen, and I had to shout at the top of my lungs to get someone out of the back of the restaurant. Then, when I got my order and left, I found out they didn’t give me the cookies I ordered, and I tried multiple times to call the store, and nobody answers the bloody phone.

Ordered in the app a chicken ranch sandwich with fries and a coke. When I showed up 6 mins later in the drive thru they asked me to pull forward because they were making everything fresh. Sounded great! I waited 18 mins and still had to go into the store and ask for my food. All the employees were standing around talking and laughing. I asked for my food and the first two people didnt know what I was talking about. Finally the third person said “oh the chicken sandwich right?” I said yes please and then got my food. I got in my car and headed down the street just to find cold food and a rancid chicken sandwich These people and restaurant dont care about a dam thing besides having a good time when they should be working. I wouldn’t eat here!!!

A walk up order inside for one person took 25 minutes. I ordered it to go, it was on a tray and not in a bag. I ordered a Frosty with, there was no Frosty. So I had to wait another 5 minutes for that. To top it off, while I was waiting and watching other people get pissed about waiting I spotted a Roach crawling across the floor. No they were not short-handed on people this day, they just do not know how to manage a fast food restaurant.

We waited more than 20 minutes to get our food. During that wait I had to remind the employees twice that we had not received our food. There was only one other table occupied in the restaurant. This is the 2nd time we’ve had an issue like this at this location. 🙁

Every single time I go to this one they mess up my order. Never get what I actually ordered. Ordered a baconator and got a regular bacon cheeseburger. But oh they charged me for the more expensive one! The wait is ridiculous only to get a cold burger and cold stale fries. It sucks cuz me and my fiancé love Wendy’s but we definitely won’t be going to this one again.

Ordered breakfast, was served the wrong food for my husband, my breakfast biscuit was so hard I couldn’t eat it, had to take the meat, cheese, and eggs off the biscuit in order to have something to eat. Our dog chewed on the biscuit for hours though…. My husband was going to go in to have his order replaced since it was wrong and the doors were locked…..again the dog was happy with his order so we had to go down the street to another Wendy’s in order to get my husband his breakfast…. Ten out of ten do NOT recommend this establishment!
