I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experience with IHOP after a frustrating situation. I placed an online order yesterday, including a simple strawberry milkshake and apple juice for my kids. When I picked up the order, the bag was sealed with tape on top, so I assumed everything was in there.
When I got home and opened the bag, I noticed the drinks were missing. I immediately tried to call the restaurant, but it was so busy I kept getting a busy tone. I called again this morning and spoke to a person named Alfredo. Instead of offering any assistance or trying to resolve the issue, he told me I should’ve noticed the drinks were missing and suggested I wasn’t telling the truth about not receiving them. I even asked him to check the cameras, but he refused, and he also wouldn’t provide the name of the General Manager.
It’s honestly upsetting that something so small could be blown out of proportion like this. I get that mistakes happen, but to be treated like I was lying and to not receive any help or resolution was really disappointing. IHOP needs to do better, especially with customer service. I don’t expect to be made to feel like I’m at fault when I’m the one who was wronged.

Food was good not gunna lie went for the $6 meal advertised on the commercial to find out its actually $7, my father’s hash browns were a a little over cooked so we sent them back and got new ones either than that server was very nice food came out quick and atmosphere was decent 7.5/10

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an IHOP location. The staff was low class, rude, and completely inconsiderate. From the moment we walked in, the attitude was unprofessional and dismissive.
Customer service is the foundation of any franchise restaurant, and this location seriously missed the mark. Basic courtesy, communication, and respect were lacking across the board.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location based on how we were treated.

I ordered the Eggs Benedict, and the menu clearly states it comes with one side. I chose breakfast potatoes. When I reviewed my receipt, I noticed an additional $1.99 charge for the side. There was no indication on the menu that breakfast potatoes would cost extra.
I don’t mind paying if something costs more — but it should be clearly stated. The unexpected charge left me feeling disappointed. I hope the restaurant can be more transparent about pricing moving forward.

Honestly this is one of the most racist experiences I’ve had in such a long time. The hostess Alfredo is very unprofessional. Yes it’s a Sunday morning and it’s busy he told me that the wait time is 25 mins which I had no problem waiting. I waited until 35 mins still didn’t receive a call so I went back inside to ask and he told me give him another 5 mins which turned into another 15 mins. He then brought me to a table that seats 2 and my party is of 3 which he took note of initially. We sat, the server then approached us and told us that he has a booth for us which have a bigger table to actually hold 3 meals. We went over there and sit. While looking at the menu we was then approached by Alfredo again the hostess telling us we have to move to a different table he needs that booth for another customer. We explained that the server told us to sit there he insisted we have to move to which I felt so ashamed because now the entire restaurant staring at my family and I. This was suppose to be a little celebration breakfast for my son and his sports victory. Very disappointed!!!

Even though it was a Sunday, we were seated and served extremely fast. They must have good kitchen and management because this is the best service my husband and I have received from any IHOP in the last 6 years. Our waitress was also very nice and attentive.

We went to IHOP for Mother’s Day and had to wait a little because of the date. The tables and chairs are set a little too tightly for people to sit comfortably, but the friendly service and deliciously made food makes up for this. Everything we got was delicious from the poached eggs, to the French toast with banana and strawberry toppings, to the crepes, and milkshakes!
They could give you two french toast instead of one, however with the combo.

Had to try their Wonka promo. Pancakes were standard, just food coloring to make them purple. Wish there was more of the cream on the inside. Looked like it was just in the center of the stack, but they were still good. The chocolate tacos were very good & the berries were sweet & fresh. Cheesecake filling complimented the berries. The extra chocolate chips on the top weren’t necessary. Best thing was the biscuit. Was very fluffy & light. Needed a little more of the berry filling, but not much. The purple drizzle on the items we got was just thinned out cake frosting & was meh. Scrumdiddlyumptious strawberry hot cocoa was yummy – not too sweet with a mild strawberry flavor. Got a bacon & egg combo meal, a ham & egg combo meal and an egg combo meal. Prices were excellent for the amount of food you got. Our server (had her before) is always so pleasant & hard working. Food comes out hot. We always like to try their theme stuff when they do them. Meal was about $30 for 3ppl. Kids will get a kick out of the fun colors & edible glitter used.

What’s not to love about this place! I like the new menu with crepes and eggs Benedict with spicy poblano. I definitely have my two favorite servers while there.. Both are always exceptional!
