Saraya G was our waitress today! She was great! Friendly, prompt and attentive to our needs. Food was good. My husband and I did the $42 meal together which included the gringo dip, 2 entrees (southwest wrap with mac and cheese for both) and the brownie caramel ice cream dessert. Our food was good. Our service was great.
My only complaint is how dark it is in the restaurant. It was a little hard to see walking in. Our table lights were good for ordering but I wish there was a bit more light!

I went for the first time and I loved it. The food was delicious; I ate until I couldn’t eat anymore! Alex served us and he was incredibly friendly and attentive. I love going to a place and feeling so welcome. If I go back, I’ll definitely ask for Alex to be my waiter. Highly recommended!

I wish we came here earlier! Loved the decor, very cool and organized look. Whoever did it, mad props to you!! We got the Dinner for Two, options were great. The burger was juicy and amazing. Pasta was alright, I still enjoyed it. I changed it to red sauce, thought it’d taste a little better than plain marinara sauce. Overall was acceptable. Fried pickles, great. Didn’t love the shape of it, but still tasted good. Last thing, try their cherry limeade, amazing drink! We’ll be back, it’s a great spot!!

Chris was our server during the morning shift yesterday, and he truly went above and beyond in every way. From the very beginning, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of right away. He checked in consistently without ever being intrusive, made great suggestions, and handled everything effortlessly with a positive attitude.
What really stood out was how professional yet personable Chris was he clearly takes pride in his work and it shows. It’s rare to come across service like that, and it honestly made our visit memorable.
The food was also amazing. Everything we ordered came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can tell the kitchen knows exactly what they’re doing because every dish tasted incredible and exceeded expectations.
Between the excellent food and the top-tier service from Chris, this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Chris is a huge asset to this restaurant, and I’ll absolutely be coming back hopefully for another morning shift with him as our server. Highly recommend!

We’ve been away for about a year and a half, but 54th Street Restaurant & Drafthouse was always one of our favorite go-to spots by the Rim, so we decided to stop by and see if it still lived up to our memory.
We came in during happy hour for drinks and appetizers, and it did not disappoint. The calamari was perfectly cooked and flavorful, and the drinks were spot-on.
We followed it up with a couple of their salads, and honestly, they were next-level fresh, generous portions, and packed with flavor.
The service was super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere had that familiar, welcoming vibe we remembered.
We’ll absolutely be making 54th Street our go-to again—especially when we’re craving fresh, satisfying, and healthy salads.

We stopped in after a long morning for an early dinner. This place was a really good choice. Dinner for 6 with drinks and food tip was about $150. We were told this is a regional chain and still owned by the original family. We had nothing but compliments about everything, our servers were super hospitable sweet and kind to my kids. They were very attentive and kept us happy. The food was hot and out relatively quick. Thank you guys again for making our trip out to San Antonio memorable.

This has been a most exquisite dining experience. Randy’s service was professional and responsive. The calamari appetizer was so perfectly prepared that we’d almost finished before I remembered to take a photo. The soup (delicious) and salad (crisp and fresh) couldn’t have been better. The Cuban club sandwich is the best I’ve ever had, sans we finished the meal off with a salty caramel brownie. This one is a must return; I highly recommend it !

First time at the 54,the best experience ever. Great place to go eat with friend,family or as a couple. I was amazed by the way all the staff(not only our waitress)taking care of the customers,always checking,I really like it! Also, like the large kid’s menu . Tater Kegs are our favorite appetizer. Gyros and burgers are good. We especially like the Reuben and the Prime Rib French Dip. Salads are also nice. Music is sometimes a bit too loud for our personal liking, but we can work around it.

The food was good, when we got to order it. Waitress brought our drinks and appetizers, then disappeared for a while. We had to have another girl go get her. After that she was on top of our drinks and everything, just could have been more attentive in the beginning.
