We did take out, and it was late in the evening time. My Big Mac was drowned with tons of lettuce. I had to take half of it off. The fries tasted rubbery. Also, we had to wait for our food and they were not quick. We had better.

It’s a standard McDonald’s experience. Food is ok, employees were professional and did their job well. The TVs in the lobby were playing Fox News, and it would be much better for everyone if they were playing sports or a TV show instead of right-wing propaganda.

So I went through the drive-through to get some fries. I pulled up to the second window and it took them a few seconds no big deal to open the window to give me my fry. After a few more seconds, this younger kid opens the window slams a receipt onto my mirror, bending it and slammed the window in my face. I looked at the receipt and noticed it wasn’t my order so I started waving my hand trying to get their attention. He completely ignored me. So I pulled forward and waited, and this guy came up to me and asked me if it was my order. Of course it wasn’t so he and I guess a manager? Went to go figure it out and a young lady came out and handed me my food did a sincere apology. That young lady is the only reason I am giving 2 stars.

If you’re wanting monopoly pieces, don’t go here. Bought a large Big Mac meal. No monopoly pieces on the Big Mac, no monopoly pieces on the large fries, and no monopoly pieces on the large drink. If you’re advertising the game on your menu, I should receive the pieces on my qualifying menu items.

This time I went in to order and looked in at the kitchen workers and they had unbraided hair loose 4 to 5 inches long making food, the kitchen floor was filthy, kitchen was too small for all those workers at the same time. I see things are worse not better then 2015. But same night manager though. Workers had greasy faces like they are over worked or not taking showers before work and night manager was right there accepting it all. They are hiding half of the kitchen with a wall they put in. I had to walk out and go to subways where there was decency. Now I know why I was getting diarrhea every time I order from there at drive through. Speed overrides quality and clean working areas. Go to Wendy’s instead
