The hours make very convenient to stop by and dine in or carry out.
With a 24hr service to the public.
Been going there since 2016
Awesome place.
Price is pretty high but you decent amount of food with each order. Wait time can be awhile sometimes. But the quality of the food is that of a sit down restaurant so if you are in the drive thru that’s why it can take awhile. I’ve also noticed that some nights there are more people there than other nights. Depending on your luck, you will catch them when they are best staffed.
There was a guy(or girl) We honestly couldn’t tell. Who was getting upset because we could not understand thim on the mic.
He asked if we wanted guacamole with our street tacos, that confused us so we asked. He sighed and got upset with it. So we just let it go, said thank you and pulled forward. While at the window (window worker was a stand up guy) We asked him what was the difference between small and large street tacos. He explained it very well. We ordered the large. We meant to order the street tacos/or small tacos, however we told him it was fine when he asked us if we wanted them to remake it. After telling him no it was okay. It was our fault, a gay fella (absolutely nothing wrong with that) popped his head through the window and started yelling at us. Kids in back and all
I tried to explain to him we were only asking what the difference was but he would not hear it. I then got out the car and walked in. I asked if everything was okay, what what exactly was the problem! The gentleman at the cash register told me everything was okay. It was just a bit of confusion. The other dude/chick would not even come to the counter and all the sudden had nothing to say for some strange reason! Anyway, That doesn’t defeat the purpose that he/she/or they felt the need to yell at customers. Even after we stated we were fine with the large tacos he/she/they still made the cooks remake them.
Because of the demeanor of the guy/girl, we did not feel comfortable eating food from there!
Hat off at the dude working the window! Hat off to the people cooking the food and back!
Update: refunded the amount of incorrect burrito after contacting management. they were quick to review and refund via email. still will not be returning because its not an isolated incident. but appreciate the quick response this time.
When i as if she was there, she said she ask for my order earlier but my window was down since I pulled in. She then tried to argue with me because I told her that I was waiting for her to take my order. She said her name was Alexa.
I ended up not getting my order taken and could not trust her to touch my food. I did send email to email address on their website. They said the manager is not in until overnights.
The physical presentation lacks professionalism. Feels run down.
