Food was excellent; good value. Was seated in the bar area…sat in a booth. Waited about 10 mins or so after being seated. Alejandra was our server. For some reason, it seemed like she did not want to be there this evening. She took our drink order and said she would return to take our dinner order. We waited another 10 to 15 minutes before she came back to take our dinner order. She wasn’t friendly nor was she rude. I guess you can say she was just neutral.
Food was good. But I don’t think I will be going back again.

We absolutely love this restaurant! We’ve been here a handful of times and each a great experience. The moment you walk in you hear lively music and you’re greeted by sweet staff once you’re seated. The front hostesses aren’t the most social or welcoming typically, but they’re not rude either!
The margaritas are very much worth every penny. They’re huge drinks and very strong, not for the weak lol. You’ll definitely be tipsy before you’re finished. The food portions are very generous and we haven’t tried anything we didn’t like! The chips are perfection! As someone who despises when places drown the chips in salt, this location does not and the salsa is really good too.

Plaza Azteca had a lively and welcoming atmosphere with music and décor that set the tone right away. The staff greeted quickly and the waiter was attentive without being overbearing. Chips and salsa came out fresh and warm, which made a good start. The queso dip was creamy and full of flavor, perfect with the chips. For the main course, the fajitas came sizzling and loaded with tender meat and vegetables. The portions were generous and everything was well seasoned. The margaritas stood out with strong flavor and just the right balance, so it was easy to order more than one. Each round tasted consistent, which showed good bar service. Overall, it was a smooth dining experience from start to finish.

I’ve only gotten food to go. They can be pretty busy so ordering ahead of time is useful. The food is always good and prepared correctly. However, it’s expensive. Also, $9 for this tiny cup of queso is highway robbery.

Absolutely loved this place! Authentic Mexican food! Great staff! We were in a large group of 15 people and the servers handled it very well! Sometimes it gets overwhelming when a large group of hungry golfers go to a restaurant and expect everything to be perfect. We loved the spicy salsa and Mexican street corn appetizers! The spicy margaritas were delicious! The tacos and bowls were delicious! Highly recommend going here!

Best dining experience we’ve had in a long time! Our Margaritas were yummy, strong, and very pretty! The food was all absolutely delicious! My partner and I both got the #5 combo which had a good selection of many things to try. We added sides of rice and beans. The beans were real and not made from powder. Salsa and queso was fantastic. Get the xango dessert. You won’t be disappointed!
We had no idea it was a chain until we left. We were there towards closing and super impressed with the cleaning process the entire staff was taking on together as a team! We honestly haven’t seen a restaurant clean like that in years.
The music was also fun, the atmosphere was an authentic vibe, and the staff was very punctual and friendly!
We will be back when we visit the Pittsburgh airport area again for sure!

The chips and guacamole were so good- we forgot to save enough to eat with our fajitas! The veggies in the veggie fajitas were so fresh- I wouldn’t be surprised if they had a garden in the kitchen . Our server was phenomenal, our drinks weren’t even empty and he already had our refills on the table. He was so kind, he even offered us an ice tea for the road .

Put ZERO topping in my online order (I should’ve gotten lettuce, tomato’s, sour cream, peppers, onions). And even double bagged it so I wouldn’t be able to see when I picked it up. Then when I called they were no help at all. (Update – the food was also horrible)
