Since I’ve moved black on this side of Cleveland I visit this location sometimes and EVERY TIME I’ve come the service was amazing. Today, the screens were out in the drive through but the two ladies that was working the windows still remained polite and they also came off like they like their job! As a fast food manager I love to see good people do their jobs well! Thanks for making my day!

This is for the 4159 Lee Rd location : Disappointing Experience at McDonald’s on Lee Road and Judson

I recently solicited the McDonald’s on 4519 Lee Road in Cleveland, Ohio, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was served a stale, unpleasant fish patty that was nearly inedible. It was in a dehydrated state, very hard, to hard for a child to eat and very challenging for a grown-up. Despite the years since my last visit, the quality of the food remains disappointingly poor, with dry bread and a lack of freshness. A staff that for some reason insist on being rude and serving food that should have been disposed of.

Additionally, the staff’s attitude was less than welcoming the last time I was there, showing little concern for customer satisfaction. This lack of care was evident both in-store and through delivery platforms like DoorDash, where I received my order.

I hope the management and staff at this location will reconsider their approach and strive to improve the quality of their service, the hiring and training of their staff and food for the community they serve.

Just because you are not in a wealthy suburb, does not mean that we in the Lee-Miles- Havard area deserve your CHOICE of low level purchased food. I don’t expect it to be a 5 star establishment. But I have seen 5 star service, food and cleanliness at the Mcdonalds nearby located at 6225 Mayfield Rd, Mayfield Heights. Their food is superb.. and guess what? it is also just a McDonalds. I have tried to catch them off guard and the staff is always polite, the kitchen and the dining room is very clean the food is actually fresh…every…time.

So why Lee road, why is it always so stale, so hard, so bad for so long at your establishment?

If doordash would let you choose the exact location to buy food from I would have chose another location. But I took a gamble and I lost.

I should mention that their defense, the bread seemed really fresh and the extra sauce was added.. but it was impossible to bite down and chew on the fish. The pictures dont show chewed food, but it is pulled apart to show how dry it was, but I dont think the pictures actually show how stale it was.

Just to mention
My experience with the staff from March 2025 , when making a run for a coworker – I was in the drive thru – the car in front of me finished their order but they blocked the speaker, I could not reach it to hear or to speak into the speaker. The staff member must not have had a camera view of this because you can faintly hear a voice coming through more than likely speaking to me or to other staff members. But as I said I was not close enough to hear. A few minutes later, I pulled up and I say in a polite voice ” Hello” and the woman kindly replies – ” Ma’am , I been said how can I help you” – that was highly unprofessional and I left the line to go across town to the the other McDonalds. Not everyone can do that, which is why I suppose their food and service stays sub-par.. you assume we won’t complain or that we don’t have the means to go somewhere else. I was the only car in the drive thru but somehow I waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Curiousity got the better of me so I waited to see how long it would take. Put the car in park, played on my phone, and waited, and waited. I heard conversations over their radio between employees inside.
Finally, someone noticed the line of cars, that was now near the road, and wanted to take my order. Immediately, I said that I’ve been waiting 10 minutes, how could you not notice me? Response was someone didn’t have their head phone on, can I take your order. No apology offered.
I left the line. Went across the street to Rallys. Wrote this while in line, and am leaving. The line at McDonald’s is still out to the street.
You can decide if you want to put up with this BS!

THE MCDONALDS IN MAPLE HTS. ON BROADWAY KEEPS THEIR DRIVE THRU LINE MOVING.

This location has the most unprofessional supervisor Arlene. She talks about her staff to other employees in front of customers while they patiently wait to order.

Not to mention she has allowed some of her employees to get assaulted on the job on more than one occasion and failed to call the police for assistance.

This McDonalds was okay, but the service was slow when compared to other McDonalds (probably the slowest I have ever seen). When we ordered, you could not place your order at the counter. You had to place your order at the kiosk. I actually like this feature because you can scan your McDonald’s rewards and also check your order for accuracy before you pay. Once we paid, we waited about 10-15 minutes for our food. The lady who brought our food to us was not very friendly and did not have a welcoming attitude. There was a small crowd of people waiting for their food, and it became quiet crowded up front near the registers. The foot was not bad at all other than the fries were not filled up the whole way, so I need not get the full value of what I paid for. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat, you may want to avoid this location. If you have time to wait and are only eating here once in a blue moon, this location will suffice. If you haven’t done so yet, I recommend downloading the McDonald’s app. There are several offers on there that can save you money over time.

I understand it’s 834p on a New year’s Eve but that doesn’t mean the customer service needs to be poor! When asking about our order the girl in the 2nd drive thru couldn’t tell us if our order was correct. Then after we told her what drinks we ordered she still gave us the wrong drinks. Then she forgot our fish sandwiches and because we let her know she had an attitude about it
