Our son got a best on the bus free scoop. We came to this location to get it. We took him in our classic car and I shut it off in the drive trough. Apparently the starter wire was loose and it wouldn’t start back up. Two of the team members came out and brought tools and one stayed with me while I tightened everything up and held the light for me. Best customer service ever! Thank you all!!

FOOD
Burger wasn’t bad but nothing special.
To mix things up, I did try their chili as well as one of their soups: chicken and rice. Honestly, decently surprised. I did like their chili, which was more meaty in flavor and thicker than Wendy’s chili. However, I like a tomato chili so Wendy’s is still the champion of fast food chili in my book. The chicken and rice was actually creamy and had good flavor.
SERVICE – Ok.

I love Culver’s but the service here sucks. Nearly every time I come through the drive through, something is missing. This time, we were missing fries for both meals (and I did check that we were charged for meals). It’s just irritating especially because it’s not cheap & it keeps me from coming to this location.

I was greeted as I came in the door. The cashier took my order ask if I wanted anything else in a very efficient manner. The food was brought to the table and a reasonable amount of time.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. I’ve had Culver’s a handful of times over the last year from this location. Each and every single time my order was messed up entirely. From mountains of mushrooms on my burger that i didn’t order to missing items entirely. This location is a failure and so are the staff. One messed up order okay. 5 messed up orders consecutively? Just go ahead and close it down man.

So, I just stopped at the Greenwood Culver’s for a small cup of chocolate custard…it’s delicious
However, the price was $3.70(not a problem with that) my problem is “Lee”working the drive through window. At $3.10, I gave her $10.70. Her response when I handed it to her was “the rest of it (my change of $7) is for me?” No smile as a joke or light hearted. Just seriously want the $7.00 tip.

Its not often I’m disappointed by culvers… usually the chicken tenders are huge but my 2 piece tender tonight was the size of 2 chicken nuggets. Not only that but they were grisly. Really atrocious to get home and realize I have nothing to eat. And they gave me 2 sauce cups that were bigger than the tenders, like adding insult to injury lol.

Megan H was very polite, she asked how my day was, where i worked and once i said i worked at the bank she asked if i was a teller. She initiated a conversation and not many people do that these days! I appreciated the Friendliness.

Very good food always fresh. Crew is always cleaning and it’s a well-maintained store. Always friendly always willing to help accommodate those in need. Handicap accessible and the concrete mixers are to die for. Cheese curds are great, burgers are all fresh, chicken sandwiches are amazing,
there’s really no way you can go wrong here unless you don’t go. I highly recommend this place as I visit there regularly.
