This was my first time at a Steak ‘n Shake, the workers have been very friendly, the food really good, with the exception of the soft drinks. Not only did the machine not work and a worker had to fix it, but the drinks had a very strong chlorine/bleach taste, because of which I couldn’t finish the drink and had to throw it out. The music was at a nice volume and not intrusive, the store was clean. Funny thing I have never heard before: you can pay with BTC.

The reason we tried this place today was because we heard that Steak ‘n Shake uses beef tallow, which we think is very nice, we’ll definitely come back

Online order was an hour late. Called the restaurant because no one was available onsite. Sounded like a young kid answered who laughed when I asked for an ETA on our order. Asked to speak to a manger and told no managers willing to take the call. He handed the phone to someone who hung up. Tried to cancel the order at the counter but told they didn’t know how. The burgers were an hour late, anll incorrectly made, and food was cold. Terrible from start to finish. This location ruins the reputation of Steak N Shake. Hoping we don’t get sick. Never Again.

This was my first time trying this. I haven’t heard much until they changed to beef tallow which is very impressive. The prices were amazing! Each person was less than $10 with fries and a drink. About the service, it was ok. It took 24 minutes to get our food and found a hair in one of the orders of fries. There was also an ant on our table but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall I honestly enjoyed the burger but the fries weren’t that satisfying, only pro is the beef tallow being used. Keep in mind there are only kiosks and only one that has cash. If you care about the food more than the experience, it’s not that bad! Would I come again? Probably not but wouldn’t despise having the chance to.

Terrible service , definitely will not be returning ever again. Went through the drive thru for two burgers. Realized after I drove off that I had only recieved one burger. I went inside to let the workers know and no one came to the counter to check on me. Decided to go through the drive thru again and was told by the manager that “I did recieve it”…obviously I didn’t or I wouldn’t be coming back to get it. Eventually the lady at the window told me to pull up and she’d bring it out. NOBODY ever came out. Had to go back inside once again and somehow the Manager “forgot about it”. Extremely terrible. No problem with the lady at the window, I could tell she was trying her best but a new manager is clearly needed.

Five-Star Review for Jason – Outstanding Customer Service

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jason for his incredible customer service today. I had called Steak ‘n Shake to ask about the status of an order I placed through DoorDash. Jason was extremely helpful, professional, and addressed all my questions quickly and thoroughly.

The reality is, we all know that customer service in the food industry is often lacking nowadays. For Jason to remain as professional, courteous, and attentive as he was especially knowing how busy they were is truly impressive. This goes far beyond just doing the bare minimum, and it’s something that should be recognized.

This five-star review is solely for Jason and his excellent service he truly went above and beyond to help me in the moment. As someone who works in upper management myself, I know how valuable team members like Jason are, and I believe he deserves recognition for his outstanding customer care.

If the food is absolutely delicious, I’ll be sure to leave another review for that. But this one is specifically to congratulate Jason for his service today. Please make sure he gets the recognition he deserves.

Ok so I’m not sure why people are complaining about a kiosks, it’s used at other BIG BURGER PLACES. First time I used it here and my order was correct! The dill pickles were especially fresh. There is no question the milk shakes are excellent! Burgers were good and we had zero issues! I’ve not been here in a long time and I would recommend you revisit. The onion rings are real onion fair style which I like. Note to everyone they are going back to better taste with tallow!!!!

Well we go there when we shop at Walmart ND it’s usually good but last two timesss they. Forgot part of order. And gave us at least hour old frys even tried to air fry a lil ND still. Disgusting. Food all cold ND it was drive thru with heat on to keep food warm … Totally disappointed latly

This location was great. Like others I’ve been to recently, you order at a self-serve kiosk and grab a seat. I had the double steak burger with cheese and fries. It came out right off the grill and was hot and fresh. French fries were also good and service was fast.

If I could leave zero stars for food I would.
Just worked a 9 hr wedding
Couldn’t make it to Culver’s in time so opted for this, went with my favorite The Frisco melt and a side of fries. Got home. Nothing melty at all about the frisco melt, usually it’s so greasy with butter, it was hard as a rock, I couldn’t even cut into it. Cheese not melted at all.
The fries were cold. And not good at all.
Not sure what happened to you guys but you seriously went downhill and SUCK

Kiosk ordering only. Employees acted like we were invisible when had problems. Ear buds in so the couldn’t heard you. Show a regular menu before ordering so one knows what comes with it
