This has to be the worst McDonalds location I’ve ever been to. Especially with DoorDash. My order is always terrible, cold, and missing items. I ordered with door dash earlier, I got a 2 cheeseburger meal. What I got was a Mc chicken and a 6 piece nugget. How do you even manage to get that wrong, not to mention the food wasn’t even warm. The only correct thing was my drink. Do not go to this location ever.

Raw hamburgers, can’t get an order correct, no ice and if you can’t make an Arnold Palmer don’t have it on the menu. I placed a pretty big order yes,
But if you did it online and it’s listed why can’t you get it correct. And now I can’t eat my burger because it’s raw!!!!

I have had it with this McDonalds. Been shorted with food over the years like they have a vendetta with me.
I ordered thru Grubhub and order arrived bagged well but. Order is completely a mess. The double quarter with cheese deluxe with no pickles and extra cheese. No extra cheese and pickles are on sandwich. I am allergic to pickles.
BigMac ordered with extra patty and extra cheese. Neither on sandwich. Took pics of sandwich..My lord!!!!
Grubhub will not refund me. I am so lucky I didn’t bite into the pickle burger

We went around 1:40ish in the afternoon, made a quick and clear order and everything went smoothly up until recieving the food.
I ordered a double quarter pounder(nothing added) and they gave me a single patty loaded all the way like a big mac, which is understandable since they were busy. But the kicker is that we ordered a 6 count nugget as well….
There were 2 patties there at least.
Waste of my money and just made my day a little less enjoyable.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY STOLE MY MONEY!! Placed a breakfast order through the app at 10:49 (app said breakfast is served until 11) arrived at 10:58, not a single car ahead of me, breakfast menu still up, told the person at the speaker that im picking up my mobile order, gave them my code and they said okay pull up to the window & when I arrived to the window there were multiple people at the window with the window closed. They had me waiting for at-least 5 minutes just to open the window and say it was past 11 and they no longer served breakfast. I place the order before 11 and arrived before 11 shouldn’t my order already be made? (I was eventually informed from a friend that this location stops serving breakfast at 10:30 even though it’s not posted anywhere.) They said my order was automatically canceled and they couldn’t do anything about it. Mind you my order is over $40. I called customer service to tell them about my experience and when they checked they say that my order was in fact not canceled. They requested a refund and said the owner would contact me. It’s been over 10 days and still NO REFUND. Got a generic email from a random company and when I messaged back for more answers they did not even bother to reply.

Really wish I could leave negative stars lol. We got to the speaker and there was *no one* else in the DT line. The worker said “One moment”, to which I said “no you’re totally fine” because I worked at McDonald’s for a few years when I was younger and I get it. What I don’t get, however, is why I sat there for 15 minutes and heard nothing.
On a good day I’d say that maybe the headset just didn’t trip or they genuinely forgot, but this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. They consistently have poor customer service and terrible drive thru times, but I’d be willing to be that they clear the orders off the computer before their DT line times get too high so that their GM doesn’t come after them for not doing the one job they get paid to do.
Anyways, I left and went to the McDonald’s on 29 and my order was taken immediately and food made fresh and painlessly. It’s almost like it’s that easy.

Would not recommend this McDonald’s as it seem to get hired you only need to fog a mirror I tried to go through the drive through and the guy took my food order asked what drink and when u told him he don’t read pond the rang it up as just the sandwich without saying anything I ended up just leaving with no food wasting my lunch break

The worst experience I’ve had at a drive thru. You can’t hear anything on the speaker. I just order online. So I pulled through to the first window to let them know what I was doing so they wouldn’t feel rushed with me going to the second window without speaking to anyone. The employees and “manager” proceeded to gesture toward me through the window and laugh. So I went to the second window. Where I gave my code to the stressed woman that seemed to be doing everything by herself. Where I received the wrong order. New management and equipment repairs need to be considered.

Worst McDonald’s location I have ever been too. While it is in a convenient location, it is the slowest service of all fast-food restaurants I have ever been too. Usually, this company is known for quick service, but not here! I have actually had to leave the drive-thru lane several times because the wait to even place the order was over 10 mins, then you wait more to pick up your order. by the time I got my order every time, it was not even warm. Have only used drive thru so no comment on service inside.

Waited 40 mins (only 3 people in the drive-through line) for 2 undercooked mcchickens. I basically had to knock on the drive through window to get any of the seven employees i saw to take my order. Waste of time and probably a danger to your health
