Hey I never complain but its a lil busy here but
there bar drinks taste like water the BBQ boneless wings lite on sauce and food was cold had to send back to reheat,Manager looked at us like it was a bother.The store needs a pull up on Bar and Service. SAD!

I recently visited Applebee’s and, although my order was initially prepared incorrectly, the staff handled the situation with professionalism and care. As soon as I let them know, they immediately took responsibility and quickly corrected the mistake. Not only did they fix my meal without hesitation, but they also went above and beyond by offering me a free meal as an apology.
The service throughout my visit was outstanding — the staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made me feel valued as a guest. The food, once corrected, was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. Mistakes happen at any restaurant, but what impressed me most was how Applebee’s handled the situation with such excellent customer service.
I left the restaurant very satisfied and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great food paired with even better service.

I came here tonight around 11:21 pm, we got seating quickly however we sat and waited for almost 15 minutes and the server didn’t acknowledge us until 11:37pm. I was extremely disappointed as the waiter said we couldn’t order all of our drinks all at once (4) for 2 people because of his lateness and the store closing soon. He gives us the stankest attitude and says he was walking back and forth we were never here as if i don’t have the time stamp on my receipt from Walmart that proves i left Walmart at 11:15 and took 5 minutes to drive two and a half miles to this Applebees location to just sit a wait in a seat unacknowledged for 15 minutes and i knew they closed at 12 and i knew I would need more than 1 drink and was being CONSIDERATE THAT WORKERS HAVE TO GO HOME. I tried to talk to a manager and she was the one making drinks a girl with red hair went to talk to her for me. And the manager says the same thing and sent the girl over to relay the message (unprofessional again) Nevertheless, the first drink came out good then when we ordered a second drink it tasted like just juice so we requested a remake of the drink and they said the bar is closed. (Exactly what i was trying to avoid) but yet they were still making drinks for other people. I felt like they were playing in my face as customers. First strike was the 15 minute wait to be seen by a waiter, second strike was we couldn’t order the amount of drinks we wanted after THIER MIS-HAP AND insinutating that we lying or something about waiting 15 minutes , 3rd strike they made the drink with absolutely no alcohol the last time, the FOURTH STRIKE WAS THAT THEY WERE SERVING OTHER PEOPLE STILL. What a joke, all because me and my man was trying to be considerate never coming back here it’s wierd, petty and dirty. The manager was a lady with glasses and braids and the server had a damn attitude like he was the one waiting for 15 damn minutes a old Hispanic man! Sick to my stomach by this place absolutely no customer service.

I had an amazing time! My waitress, Isabel was extremely sweet and very attentive. Checked on me several times and made sure my food and drinks were delicious! Manager, Joseph, came around as well and was very kind and carried good conversation. I would definitely recommend and come back!

Food: 4 stars. Service: 1 star.
I visited on a Tuesday—the slowest day of the week. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet the waitress took an excessive amount of time to bring basic things that were entirely within her control: refills, napkins, and most importantly, utensils. It’s frustrating when an appetizer arrives before you even have what you need to eat.
I went to school for culinary arts, so here’s some honest advice. This job runs on tips, regardless of how busy or slow the restaurant is. The key priority should always be checking on your guests. Always offer refills—don’t just stop by and ask, “How’s everything so far?” That’s the bare minimum, and some restaurants need to move past that.
Servers should be observing the room, paying attention to what each table has, and staying on top of the small details. Those little things can easily make a customer’s day and significantly increase tips. Better questions would be:
“How’s the food?”
“Are you enjoying everything?”
“Is there anything I can get for you or anything I might be missing?”
Yes, I did not leave a tip. On a slow day, if you can’t check in or refill a drink, you’re simply in the wrong job. Ironically, the person who handed out the menus was more attentive to my table than the actual waitress.

Stopped in for a bite after visiting Kean University, and this local Applebee’s didn’t disappoint! We ordered the Wonton Tacos, and they’re just as good as the last time that I had them years ago. My steak was flavorful and the sides were up to par. I would definitely return if I’m in the area!

atmosphere and service are great. i like the food. its aforable and they have this one shrimp pasta dish thats to die for. this locations right by my house, always has people, smell great. i just dont go enough. 🙁

Extremely disappointed with the service today. We ordered dessert through the table tablet/kiosk, and the server only came to our table after about 30 minutes — and only after we asked multiple times for someone to come over.
Food was ordered through the server and arrived slightly delayed but still acceptable. The main issue was the dessert ordered through the kiosk, which never arrived. It was removed from the bill, but no one had the courtesy to come and inform us. We ended up paying directly through the kiosk and leaving, feeling extremely disappointed and ignored.
The only positive was the gentleman who brought extra sauces and a straw for my daughter — he was very pleasant.
We’ve been loyal customers for years, but after this experience, we won’t be returning to this location.

Very sullen atmosphere. All the employees walking around looking miserable as if they hate their jobs. They served our food but gave us no utensils to eat with and when we asked an employee to get us some he seemed annoyed n dragged his feet to get them. The food was good but the employees just look angry n sad. Never coming back to this location.

Worse service ever they make you wait for a table and the they give it to someone that just walk in. Also sat by the bar they ask me to move for them to put all the dirty dishes and garbage next to where I was sitting. Worse place ever don’t go there.
