Today is new year !
I used to love bareburguer a lot in fact last time I came was like about 2 months ago but today my experience was really bad
I had to get up like 3 times to get my drink , To get a container and to ask the waitress something instead of her coming to us I was the one getting up .
The food did not have flavor I invited my friend here to TRY THE AMAZING FOOD but we left disappointed and I don’t feel like coming back . Not sure what happened but it made the end of our day really disappointing and we just didn’t finish it.

This place is awesome if you want a quality burger. A bit pricey for burgers but when you see the quality (yes, I had the wagyu burger) then it’s a fair price for what it is.
I had the biggest burger they had with 8oz of a blend of wagyu and quality ground beef. Definitely juicy and delicious. Their French fries are also perfect. The onion rings are good as well and definitely a quality item.
The atmosphere is fun and cool with their pictures of farm animals headed classical paintings.
Service was fast and awesome. Definitely a good place to go, but parking is really hard to find.

Bareburger is truly a Harbor Point staple for me, I come here on the regular, and it never lets me down. The food is always amazing: the smash burgers are out of this world, the onion rings are so good, and their happy hour is always a great time with the perfect vibe.
But what really makes this place special is the staff. Kayla is genuinely one of the best she’s warm, welcoming, and always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and taken care of. She has such a kind energy, remembers faces, and truly makes the experience feel personal. She’s honestly a big part of why I keep coming back. I also miss Ashley, who used to work here, she was wonderful too!!
The vibe at Bareburger is friendly, fun, and consistent every time. Great food, amazing drinks, and even better people. It’s one of those spots that just feels like home!

Not a bad place for a burger but make sure you count your change. Order was $17 and I handed the guy there a 50. Think he probably tipped him the rest of the change because once I got back to the car I noticed I got 3 dollars back. Keep the money, but I won’t be dining here for a while. Good food, bad experience.

Amazing customer service. Food was good too. Excellent view as well. Franklin was an amazing waiter. He was busy the whole time O was there and his interaction with customers is spot on. The burger was a little messy at first, but got better as I ate it. The fries were cooked extremely well. I heard afterwards by a local that the onion rings were amazing. I definitely recommend this place for a great burger experience.

I’m not much of a “burger guy” but this was a great burger! I had the flaming burger with habanero & jalapeño plus sweet potato fries and a black & white milkshake. Service was great and food was delicious. On Tuesday apparently they have Trivia. We got there late so just caught the end of that. The Trivia host was really good. Next time we’ll get there earlier. No idea what the other negative reviews are all about, our experience was exemplary. Kudos, we’ll be back.

Not great. Kind of dirty, but that’s the least of this Bareburger’s problems. We should have known when the CLOSED sign was on the door (even though it was open) that the staff here don’t care at all.

Embarrassing. We waited 10 minutes just to get water. Then the food took almost an hour to come out. The sweet potato fries were cold – not lukewarm, not room temperature – cold. That would have been excusable but our burgers were also cold. Our server said they were under a heat lamp, but there’s no way. And we didn’t get a “sorry for the wait.” Plus, the server did not check in and tell us that the food was delayed in the first place. We weren’t the only table waiting for as long as we did. Seems like this was across the board, and based on previous reviews, this isn’t an outlier.

EXTREMELY slow service, we were a party of 5 people and 1 baby, the hostess sat us around 5:20, 5 min after they brought us a bottle of water and 4 glasses. 5:30 another person brought 4 glasses of water, one of us asked for menus after 10 min and a lot of water. We ordered, and when she was bringing 2 drinks, we asked her what those drinks were? She didn’t know what she had brought. They missed 1 beer for at least 10 min, so we have to call AGAIN the waitress. Finally, he brought it. Now, our food… we ordered only appetizers, not a big deal, well… It took around 35-40 min to bring French fries… we have to call the waitress one more time, 6:30 pm… and 1 hr already seated there, and I was happy to have my fries but not ketchup, we had to ask for ketchup. Really disappointed about the service.
