Red Robin Yummmmm… Is right! The food is always fantastic every time I come here. Good quality gourmet food for a great price! Bottomless drinks and bottomless fries refilled whenever I want. Even the manager comes around to make sure everything is perfect. I was even asked if I would like a different channel on the big screen TV that was just above. I always receive top class service as though I were V.I.P. There’s also a lot of cool art and colorful pictures throughout the restaurant. This Red Robin goes above and beyond and for that they get two thumbs up and a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ five star rating!!!

Quality has stayed consistent throughout the years. Large variety of menu options. Burgers are a good portion size for the price (can also get them lettuce-wrapped). Love the milkshakes and the bottomless side options (fries and also steamed broccoli available as some of the options)!! Been eating at this location since I was a child. I always love Red Robin! Their variety is phenomenal- so many kinds of burgers including different patties like beef, chicken, and impossible plant-based. Their bottomless fries are hot, crisp and plentiful and their dipping sauces are great as well. They have rotating value specials too which are such an amazing deal – we had the double tavern burger with fries and a drink for $9.99! Their loyalty program is really generous and you gee a free burger on your birthday. The Northgate location is always good and I like the bar area as it’s relaxed and plenty of games on the TVs. Don’t miss their mudd pie for dessert!

I wrote a previous Yelp review and upon reflection I wanted to write a google review updating my experience. Red Robin’s is dear to me as the experience reminds me of birthday parties, winter formals, celebrations, and nostalgia.
The bonzai burger and the endless fries brings me joy. As the northgate mall changed, Red Robin’s remained a staple of quality. I ate here last night with my family and the restaurant was packed. There were multiple staff working tirelessly ensuring control. The bar had a nice vibe and the colors of the restaurant came to life like out of the film Coco.
I had a wonderful experience and want to give a shout out to Jackie, a server in training. This must have been the BEST service I received in a long time. Jackie was attentive, was managing multiple tables, multitasked drinks and add ons, and the food was not lagging. The runner was great and everyone flowed nicely with the extra order of fries. As I exited the lobby I read Red Robin’s background history. I include this picture because it’s testament of the quality and longevity of the restaurant. 10 stars for service.

My family and I love going there for an affordable dinner. My family loves the drinks and I love the pricing of the food.
Staff are friendly and manage the busy hours well. If you’re in the busiest hours it can be easier to sit in the bar.
Try their campfire sauce.

We chose a busy weekend to visit Red Robin as it was a holiday. I was with my kids and any parent can tell you that can be a handful when they are hungry. We were sat and quickly Claude was able to come and take our order. He directed us to the specials that would fit best. I got the 9.99 special and kids got kids meals the way they wanted them. Within 15 minutes, the food was out hot and we were a happy family. We were thankful Claude made it all work like magic.

I’ve been to Red Robin (other locations) a few times in the past, and I usually get the Royal Red Robin, which is generally fantastic. However, I wanted to try something new at this spot – so I went with the Banzai Burger.
This was pretty interesting because on top of the burger and cheese, there was a large slab of pineapple on top. As someone who loves pineapple, I was excited to try it
First, the burger-like parts of this burger were indeed burger-ing. The beef patty was fantastic. I was a little surprised that the server didn’t ask me how I wanted it cooked, and instead the patty came out on the well-done side of things – which I would not have preferred – but that aside, the flavor, seasoning, and juice on the burger patty was very solid. It would’ve been better if I could’ve had it medium rare though.
The buns and the sauce on them were another highlight – they were super soft and had a strong amount of sauce on them. The cheese was pretty much perfectly melted too
The only problem with this burger is that I only noticed everything I just mentioned after I removed the pineapple slice from the top.
For about 3/4’s of the burger, the pineapple was dominating the overall flavor profile so much that it was the only thing I tasted. It was good, sure, but because it was so big and covered every part of the patty it was just all I tasted – there was no real beef flavor at all.
I like pineapples – I’m a huge fan of them on pizza – but I would’ve liked this burger way more if it had been topped with smaller sliced pineapples rather than just one thing over the entire burger.
The fries were decent, but I smothered them with the Red Robin seasoning and asked for campfire sauce to dip them in – and they elevated to another level.
For the price, $15 for a burger is relatively on the expensive side, but considering this also comes with fries and a sauce it’s not too bad.
Really filling though

Pretty average for a Red Robin. You can tell that it’s not managed super well, but the staff did well with what seemed to be the little support that they had. Wanted to give a shout out to the lovely waitress that served me and my bf tonight because she did seem a bit stressed but was an absolute sweetheart and would come back for her service alone.
