It was my first time at Chilis, and I will definitely be a returning customer to this location. Carlos was our server, and he was very kind and helpful, providing fast service. Very friendly. For appetizers, we got the chips and queso with the southwest cheese dip, and the triple dippers. I had the strawberry mango Patron frozen margarita, and let me just say, hands down, 10/10! And for dessert, we got this plate that I forgot what it was called but I will post a pic

I will never go to chilis again because of this location . I placed an order on DoorDash . My food was still hot and after a long day from hell I wanted some comfort food . I ordered the triple dipper for one only to realize I was dinning for 2 . You might ask did my dasher eat my food ? Oh no but there was definitely a GERMAN ROACH in the second bite of my slider . They are aware of the issue now and are still open and serving people . Not only that I asked for accountability and they offered me $20 . When I said accountability I meant for the restaurant I don’t mean monetarily. I want them to solve the issue so it doesn’t happen to anyone else .

The service during our visit was fairly good—our server was attentive, polite, and did their best. However, the overall experience was negatively impacted by one major issue: we were given plastic utensils because the restaurant said they did not have silverware available.
For a sit-down restaurant like Chili’s, serving full meals (burgers, salads, hot food), plastic cutlery is not acceptable. This isn’t fast food or take-out. Eating a burger and salad with flimsy plastic forks significantly lowers the dining experience and feels unprofessional for a restaurant at this price point.
Food presentation and service standards matter. If there’s a shortage of silverware, that’s an internal operational issue that shouldn’t be passed on to the customer.

• Friendly, attentive server
• Food was decent
Cons:
• No real silverware provided

Cold front moved in while we were shoppjng & popped into Thd Lounge for the Skillet Cookie ($9.99 2 people) & ended up adding the Very Merry Marg ($6 in Dec)! for the life of me i cannot remember our waitress’ name (no-nonsense, late-ish 20’s jet black hair, gorgeous eyes) but she was friggin awesome. Perfect end to a perfect Family Thrift Store shoppjng spree for cold weather clothes

02/01/2026 IT WASN’T THE FOOD THAT WE ENJOYED IT WAS THE SERVICES, guess the response is auto filled because the food was a negative, Alex was the best waiter ,he came checked on our table after shift change he was our new waiter some of our guest were unhappy with the fountain drinks no Co2 in the tank, Alex kept smiling had a positive attitude, the fajitas were awful meat was dry no flavor only a handful of rice the vegetables were burnt on the fajitas, my friends had the chicken Quesadillas they were good after sending them back twice, the frozen margarita machine wasn’t working, we tried ordering another drink they didn’t have that flavored rum for that drink.. if we didn’t have Alex as a server we would have left the restaurant. Food was a negative zero, but Alex gets a 10 out of 10!!!!!+

Super impressed with this Chili’s location! This was the fastest service I’ve ever experienced which was great as we had a short lunch break. Our waiter was fast and knowledgeable of the menu and we never had to ask for refills. The food was good and they have a very cheap lunch menu that includes an appetizer and a drink. We will definitely be back when in the Humle area!

Came in here the other night with my husband we sat in the bar area and the young girl with blonde hair with some green was super sweet and out going I was asking a bunch of questions and she was able to answer everyone of them with ease and I was able to modify my order the way I liked it. I believe her name was Nikki she was out going and had a smile on her face the entire time. I came in today and asked for her as my server but she wasnt there sadly but Maddison was very good as well. This chilis has very good servers.

Had on Ol’Timer burger which was great…crisp toppings & seasoned well! Tried to pay my tab with the pos terminal on the table and It didn’t work after using 3 different cards! Had to let the waitress to use my card on a different terminal…

The Chili’s experience was above and beyond our expectations.
Isaiah was our server for that night. He was patient as we were inquiring about our food order. He was very attentive and memorized detail. From ordering to creating a smooth and fun process.
The dining experience was very welcoming and overall pleasant. From the host greeting to paying the bill, eccentric experience.
My wife and I would consider visiting that specific location.

I went in Saturday 28 Sept. I sat at the bar because the place was busy. It took over 10 minutes to be acknowledged even though I was sitting right in front of the two staff at the bar. I guess they can’t GREET while pouring a drink from the faucet? Lol. Wow. That being said – they were friendly …when I DID have their attention. Once I got the drink, it took ANOTHER 20 minutes (just over) to actually get someone to take my order. THEN….it took 30 minutes to arrive. As you can see, the noodles didn’t have much tomato on them, but the taste overall was pretty good. I am not putting down the staff, because I could see them all running around working very hard, but I think that management needs to hire on one or two other people to help on the weekends. I think that the place likely has people getting a bad taste for chilis because they have to wait a long time for their food. (I wasn’t the only one). The issue may have been that approx 30 people walked in (literally 30 people walked in just before I walked in) but the staff to customer ratio was just too overwhelming. The staff handled things as well as could be expected. (Especially those kitchen workers!!!! ) The atmosphere was LOUD and busy and everyone seemed to be having a good time. Also, the bartenders can make some VERY good drinks!!
