The attention to detail made the entire experience feel special, not rushed, and incredibly welcoming. It’s the kind of place that reminds you why family-run restaurants are so magical. Delicious food, exceptional service, and a perfect ambiance, 10/10 would recommend and can’t wait to return! ✨
Dishes sizes varied. Some were large (penne, spaghetti) some were quite tiny (ravioli or gnocchi).
All in all a great place
The food was simply delicious, full of authentic flavors and prepared with great attention to quality. Each dish tells of the real Italian cuisine, the one that warms the heart as well as the palate.
The impeccable staff, professional and always smiling, contributed to making the evening perfect. A special thanks goes to Tommy, the owner: a true gentleman, present, welcoming and passionate, capable of transmitting love for his restaurant and for every guest.
The Courtyard is not just a restaurant, but an experience to live, especially during the Christmas period. Absolutely recommended ✨

Stopped at Il Cortile on a semi-rainy walk from Chinatown. Little Italy spots can blur together and some push hard outside. This one felt calm and inviting. Inside is cozy. The garden room in back is the win: high ceilings, warm lights, lively but comfortable.
Service was on point. Friendly team, clear recommendations, steady pacing. Warm bread with olive oil and balsamic arrived fast. The meatball was tender with a bright tomato sauce. The penne alla vodka was al dente and balanced. Drinks were a Mojito and an Aperol Spritz, both fresh.
Classic Little Italy feel without the tourist push. Good flavor, good people, and a room you want to sit in. I would return and bring visitors.
Pro tips
• Ask for the garden room.
• Reserve for peak times.
• Simple items shine: bread, meatball, penne vodka.

1) The service was amazing. I don’t think my water cup ever hit half empty.
2) The drinks were solid. Try the coconut martini.
3) Food was excellent. Wife had the lobster ravioli.
