I had the displeasure of being questioned about my payment after paying the order taker with exact cash. When questioned by the order expeditor, she was advised that the young man was paid the full amount in cash. No sooner than she entered the building, a female member of management was advised the same thing when questioned my payment method. She was further advised that the exact statement was given to the order expeditor. No thanks nor apology was offered. The order was brought to my vehicle. Low and behold the fries were full of salt. To add insult to injury the nuggets were briny, luke warm, and not crispy at all. It was clear that they were not freshly cooked as requested. So of course, I had to waste yet more time sitting in line to advise of the issue. The expeditor was advised the order wa for freshly cooked fries and nuggets. She stated that all would be cooked freshly, andbroughtright out. I was pulled to the front door to wait yet again. The order was received. The fries were great, so I moved on. Later it was discovered that I had cold soggy nuggets that was as salty as hell is hot.
So I’m leaving this review in protest since speaking directly to them was to no avail. I paid $12.43 for nuggets that were only good enough to give to the stray cat passing by. It appeared to have enjoyed them. Out of fear of sending my blood pressure up I refused to consume that deplorable.
In the future, provide natural tasting items without raising the customer’s blood pressure level. No briny tasting chicken due to excessive salt that lacked crispiness. Don’t know exactly what the nuggets should taste like since all I tasted was salt. What a waste of time and money. Thanks for appreciating the value my purchase added to your business.

I had the grilled chicken sandwich! I haven’t dined at Chick-fil-A in probably 30yrs! I can honestly say I haven’t missed much. About a week has passed and I can’t describe the taste because it was just blah! Sorry, Chick-fil-A!

I arrived at the perfect time, around 4 p.m. on a Thursday. As usual, the restaurant was clean and I was greeted by several employees when I entered. The reason I say the time was perfect was because there were very few customers in the building. I made it just before dinner rush. I found a table entered the table number on my Chick-fil-A app, and soon after my order was brought to me, exactly as I’d entered it. The food was hot and fresh. My strawberry milkshake was divine. I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures, sorry.

Chick-fil-A ALWAYS put their customers first. The employees at the Chick-fil-A on College Drive are always courteous, friendly and respectful. The food is always fresh and hot , and there is never a long wait. Their customer service is #1 !

Even though there’s a long line, they tends to move fast. Love their breakfast menu & their Cobb salad with avocado lime ranch. Also, their ice cream are the best!

This was not the best meal that I have had at a Chick-fil-A, the food was great but the service was lacking. Also there was a need for better cleanup in the bathrooms and the seating area. I would go there again but I want to see this location up to the usual standards for Chick-fil-A.

I paid $20 for 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 fries, and one lemonade. I was going to eat this with my father. When I arrived at my father’s, he said he was experiencing chest pains. So, we rushed to the er. I left the food on the table. 12 hours later. I looked at my cold chicken sandwiches and wondered if chick-fil-a would be kind enough to replace them. I was sadly mistaken. The “team leader,” lol said he couldn’t replace them, and it wasn’t their fault that I didn’t eat them when they wete hot. 1 star for service because service isn’t what it used to be. Chic fil a will not go out of business by replacing 2 funky chicken sandwiches. But they have lost a customer who has THOUSANDS of friends to tell about his experience.

I special-ordered the number one as a deluxe, with no cheese, and no mayonnaise. It was served, as ordered. It was fresh, and very good. The bread was fresh and tender. The chicken was a healthy portion, and fresh. That batter (breading) was on point, with a perfect season and crispness. Even the produce was fresh.
The fries had been apparently sitting out for a while. They were not cold, but not hot either. (Sigh)
The honey mustard, polynesian, and sriracha sauces are a must. Very nice sides. The sriracha I thought may have been to spicy, but it was spiced just right, and had a slightly sweet and salty flare.
I had bad lighting, so I took a picture with and without a flash, of my chicken sandwich, so hopefully you can see how good it was.
I will be back.

We ordered food for my 2 grands, my husband and myself. Everyone’s food was correct except for mine. I ordered a Southwest salad with fried nuggets. When we got to the hotel I realized I had a regular with grilled chicken. We weren’t going to go back so I ate it. It was ok, just not what I wanted

I was just visiting for some lunch. When I pulled into the parking lot the drive through line was so long they had order takers outside conducting the business.
Inside the restaurant was very clean and neat. After placing my order I observed how there were at least eight employees working together in the front as a team. This blew me away. There was no yelling, no name calling, no one was sitting around. Every one of the crew was actively working to get the orders out.
I had an opportunity to speak with the manager who has been mentoring these young folks for twenty years. I commend her for the patience she has to persevere. These young people were remarkable. The service was quick and I would definitely go back to just relearn the kindness and patience of working in the service industry.
This location deserves recognition for the leadership that is fueling the team. I will be back for another chicken sandwich.
