The store is very open and clean and they have lots of seating and tables.
Drinks were great too!
One time I accidentally ordered my drink to the wrong location through the app, and the team here fixed it for me without making me feel awkward about it. I really appreciated that.
The drinks are always well made and consistent, which honestly isn’t true at every location. Definitely one of the better Starbucks spots I’ve been to.
This one on Foley used to be my favorite Starbucks – everyone was super duper nice and the drinks were made right. Unfortunately the last 5+ times I have been here, I have sworn up and down afterwards that I never again would…. And then I always give them another chance. Why do I do this to myself?? Not anymore! I know it’s just coffee, but it’s too much money to pay for something they don’t make right. Today I asked for extra extra caramel in the bottom of my iced macchiato. Other stores are generous with the caramel so I don’t even have to ask for extra, but this store has become incredibly STINGY. Today, like I said, I asked for “a whole bunch, extra extra caramel drizzle piled up in the bottom of the cup” and the amount I got was *barely* visible – way less than I would normally get at other Starbucks without even asking for extra. When the visible details are so far off, I can’t trust that it’s decaf or the right milk or whatever. Every time I’ve been here recently, it’s been something whether ice in the cold drink when I asked for no ice or cows’ milk when I ask for oatmilk or sweetener when I asked for no sweetener… Sadly, I can no longer recommend unless your drink is super basic – but if you add sugars to your coffee or change the beverage in any way, be prepared to be disappointed.
The reason I gave four stars instead of five, though, is that during the week—especially on weekday evenings—I often don’t receive the same level of care. I realize weekdays can be busier, but the extra scoops of matcha powder I request (and pay for) are important to me, and several times they’ve been skipped. I’ve even tried ordering the maximum number of scoops just to offset this, but the drink still hasn’t been consistent.
If this had only happened once or twice, I wouldn’t mention it. But since it’s been a repeated issue, I felt it was worth sharing. Today’s perfect Saturday drink reminded me how great it can be, and I hope this feedback helps ensure weekday drinks match that same standard.
I truly appreciate the effort your team puts in, and I share this only because I enjoy coming here and would love to count on that same consistency every day of the week.
Today, on August 9, 2025, at around 10 AM, I ordered a total of 5 drinks. I couldn’t carry all 5 by myself, so I asked one of the staff nearby for a bag to put them in. However, her attitude seemed like she didn’t want to help and didn’t even want to say “hi” or make me feel welcome.
Even though I had 5 drinks, she handed me a small bag that only fit 2, as if she didn’t care. I noticed that everyone around was busy, but she was just moving slowly like nothing was going on. I’m not sure if she was new or just didn’t want to do her job.
